For the price room was spacious, clean, with everything we needed. Beach was great and pool/hot tub was nice to have when we wanted to get away from beach for awhile. Location was excellent with many restaurants within walking distance or a 15 min car ride if you wanted to venture out a little. The beach chairs and cooler in room was a great addition and very useful.

Great condo!

The location is great and the condo is very spacious and clean! Bob was very responsive and it's nice to have staff available during the day on the grounds. We plan to be coming back next year!

Highly recommend this property. Check in was flawless, communication with owner was smooth and consistent. We unfortunately chose poor timing as Debby hit us upon arrival, but the property and area were great!

Great location and beautiful condo!

The location of the condo is amazing. It is bay facing and right on the beach. It is close to area restaurants, extremely clean and the pool/jacuzzi were great additions.

Great property and location!

We loved this beach property! It is in a great location, the beach was wonderful and really appreciated the beach chairs and toys in the closet on the balcony as well as the deck box full of toys on the patio by the barbecue grill near the community’s pool. The condo itself had just about everything you could need. The only suggestion I would make would be a Keurig coffee maker, but other than that really liked the place.

Relaxing and close to what you need

We had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again. It’s on the beach and close by to the grocery store and lots of great restaurants and shops. The unit is very well maintained and we were very comfortable.

A beautiful condo on St. Pete Beach. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment is spacious and has all the right amenities. Close to the local shopping plaza and restaurants. Bob and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly! My husband definitely wants to stay there again!

Fun in the Sun!

Gulf gate Resorts was fantastic. Right on the beach and in a prime location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Take the bus all over town for $5. No need for a car.

For many years, each year, my MOM & DAD (Scranton,Pa.), and my Twin SISTER (Albuquerque,N.M.) and Myself (Rochester,N.Y.) would get together at the Condo. This Annual 'Childhood' Family Reunion get together, more than made the purchase of the Condo. worth it. I miss them very much and will always remember them on every visit to my condo.

'NEXT BEST THING TO HAWAII'
Although I had won a trip to Hawaii, I couldn't afford to go back. My first real vacation.
My friend suggested that I should go to Florida as he loved it very much and owned Condo's on St. Pete Beach. After some coaxing, I decided to go in Oct.. I left the Chilly Northern Bleak Weather, flew at night on a air conditioned plane,, he Picked me up in a air conditioned car, and I checked into an air conditioned Condo..The next morning I opened the sliding patio door and felt the Warm Tropical Air, saw the Greenery and knew this would be the next best thing to Hawaii. I made an offer on a Condo and purchased Condo # 507 at Gulf Gate Resort.
My Son loved St. Pete Beach so much, he bought a Condo nearby on the Beach.

Eat in or Eat Out, there are many fine Restuarants within walking distance. Theme parks are within a short drive.
