Loved this property. It was large and clean and the backyard was very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked. Highly recommend.

We were a party of 10 and we were very comfortable in the house. The house was loaded with amenities. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet! The host reached out multiple times to ensure our stay was going well and was very responsive to question. We will definitely keep this house on our list of favs!

This place had everything you needed. Pool was wonderful. Neighborhood felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Carissa was easy to get ahold of for questions.

Our family had an amazing time at this property. The house is large, the bedrooms were great, large kitchen and living room area. There were extra towels, wash clothes, paper towel etc. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditionerand body wash and an added touch that our family appreciated was each bedroom/bathroom had lotion for dry weather. There are pool toys & floats for the pool, and plenty of seating around the pool. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Over all a 10/10 from this family!

First let me start out by saying the host, Carissa was very accommodating and very quick with communication. The Property was well kept everything, and all amenities were great. The decor was on point! Had enough dish and cookware to feed a family of 12 or more. Everything was modern and up to date. I would definitely stay again given the need. Also the property was kid friendly and the warm pool was the #1 hit!!!!

Great for families, we enjoyed our stay!

Carissa is a top-notch host, super responsive and accommodating. Honestly, probably the best host I’ve ever had at a rental! The house is just as pictured and was perfect for hosting a family reunion. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The backyard is up against a hillside, so it is very private. The house had everything we needed and I would highly recommend it and Carissa!

PERFECT LOCATION!

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect! Costco was 7 minutes away which was great for us because we were there for almost a week. DT LA was abt 17 min. We did need to check in a little late (30min) but we didn't mind. Which check out was a little later. Only downside for us would be the blinds 😭 they are not black out so the sun would beam on our faces at 5am. Overall we will definitely be booking our next family vacation here

It was 10 days stay by family included 9 years old and 74 years old.Communication with the owner was smooth and very kind. The house's location is perfect, with easy access to various tourist attractions. The pool in the garden is completely beautiful and clean. Family stays at private pool and garden was very nice memory.The garden is lovely, with Japanese-style trees. Detergent and towels and garbage bags are enough provided, which was so convenient. There is just one thing that we disappointed with is the room cleaning. Bathroom and the floor I found I some cleaning that needed to be done. We’re very satisfied with my stay totally.
