We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of classic Los Angeles charm, convenience, and character. Located in the desirable Jefferson Park / West Adams area, the neighborhood is known for its beautiful historic homes, quiet residential streets, and central access to some of LA’s most popular destinations. Guests can enjoy being just a short drive from Downtown Los Angeles, USC, museums, restaurants, and major studios, while still experiencing a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood feel. What we love most is the authentic LA atmosphere, the tree-lined streets, and how easy it is to get anywhere in the city from this location.
