Great place!

The property is very nice and very conveniently situated. Main Street is right outside the door and so is Peak 9. Easy 5 mins walk to the lift.Property manager is super responsive. It’s a great place to stay and explore what Breck has to offer.

Great Location - Summer (and winter!)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything as described, and as expected. You can't get much closer to Main St. yet it's still quiet and tucked away from the action. Would stay again.

Great room and location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great room, location to shops was unbeatable, but staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.Don't call yourself a ski and ski out. Maintenance subpar Jacuzzi jets never worked, had to ask twice to get stuff fixed in room. Meeting other guests, they seemed to have the same experience with the front desk.

Registration desk lady was not pleasant. Room was nice, but washer did not work, but they sent repairman out to fix. Microwave handle was broken. Mattress in guest room was not pleasant. You could feel the wires too easily but overall a great room and location

Great Location, Condo Needs an Update

The building is in a great location. The condo itself was not I was expecting. The master bedroom bed was hard as a rock. There is no good lighting all through out the condo. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, clean & well maintained

Wonderful week. All of dishes & pans appeared brand new. I didn’t need to call maintenance for anything. King bed was comfortable. Queen, second bedroom needed the new mattress pad and sheets put on, which were in the closet. I didn’t use the room, just sampled the bed/sheets and thought an upgrade was required. I hope housecleaning will put on the new bedding, and all was great! Would definitely rent the same unit again.

good 2nd choice

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall ok...a few minor issues but the rental agency addressed them. biggest issue was the discovery of a "special item" in the master bedroom drawer as we were confirming we did not leave anything upon check-out. note sure how something "special" was not noticed and handled by the cleaning crew prior to our arrival. put a sour note at the end of our trip; glad my children didn't find it

Everything was listed accurately. Great condo, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The were only two cons- -Balcony door jammed a lot and wouldn't always open. - Pool was under construction and couldn't use it. There was an alternate pool at a different resort we were able to use.
