This beautiful 17th floor, CORNER 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath condo is your perfect vacation retreat and waiting for you. Over 3000 square feet of breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!
Enjoy preparing meals in the state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, double-door Subzero refrigerator, 6 burner gas range, warming drawers and Keurig Coffee Maker. A separate wet bar area with undercounter ice maker and wine cooler is the perfect spot for mixing your favorite beverage.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay! Condo is beautiful. The designated parking spot is super quick to get to as it’s right by the elevator. Master bedroom has an adjustable bed which is a plus is you are used to sleeping on one! Everything was clean, very spacious, and the automatic blinds were a great touch! Will definitely stay again.

Property is beautiful. Recommend staying here….BUT the only downfall is the frying pans..absolutely cannot cook anything in them. Need to be replaced.

Beautiful place

The only issue we had is with the supplied pots for cooking. If you’re trying to cook for 8 or more you may want to bring pots with you. The BBQ pit also was a huge disappointment.

Beautiful condo

Everything about this place was fantastic. It’s beautifully decorated & so spacious. The beds are very comfortable & it slept 7 adults & 2 children comfortably. We will definitely be back. Communication was awesome & checking in was a breeze. I would check the guest hall closet before you purchase beach chairs, beach towels, floats, or toys for kids because there were plenty in there to borrow. The kitchen is stocked as well with plenty of pots & pans & the outside grill works great, just give it a little time to heat up & you are good to go.

This unit sets the standard

Our family really enjoy staying in this four bathroom 4 1/2 bath corner unit. The views were spectacular and each bedroom had a balcony. it was very clean upon arrival. we arrived after the check-in time and had a very easy experience with the guard at the entrance. The management and staff at turquoise were very friendly and helpful. Taylor, who rented us the beach umbrellas and chairs was also very accommodating. We have already booked our next vacation for this unit in 2025 and can’t wait to go back

The condo was clean and beautiful, but a lot of little things needed maintenance. Handles falling off the toilet and the shower. TVs not working. The grill was pretty dirty lightbulbs out or not working. The property management got right on it and fixed it, but it did take four days and those four days were a little irritating. They did give us some money back. Previous renters if there is something that needs to be fixed call the management.

Great condo overall, disappointing management

This condo is beautiful, very clean, and the location on the beach is great. The built in ice maker was an amazing feature that we really appreciated. The master bedroom/bathroom suite is significantly larger and nicer than the other 3 bedrooms, which made our arrival somewhat awkward when we were picking rooms. On our final night at the condo, the air conditioning quit working around 7pm. Then the following morning when we were packing up to check out, the electricity went out and our condo lost water pressure. So, we were unable to shower, wash dishes, finish our laundry, or flush the toilets. Fortunately, the condo has a lot of windows, so we had enough sunlight to still be able to see well inside the condo. The elevator in our building was still working, so we were able to go to the lobby to use the restrooms and get our luggage down to our cars. (The condo is on the 17th floor.) We reported these issues to the after-hours property management rep & to the front desk worker in our building, and we were told that "they are aware of the issues." However, the only follow-up we received was a text message in the morning asking if the air had come back on - which it had not. It was just a disappointing and very uncomfortable end to our stay.

Disappointed with stay and lack of responsiveness

We have stayed at the Turquoise towers for 5 years. Each condo has been advertised as having a hot tub on site, meaning the deck of the condo. To our surprise this condo was advertised in the same manner yet did not have a hot tub on the deck. I messaged the host immediately. Teresa apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to comp me the cleaning fee for the issue, however had now completely ignored all further communication from me and did not comp me the cleaning fee. With regard to cleanliness, the master shower has a large spot of mold growing. There is also no working blender as indicated in the listing. Although the view was beautiful, we will not be staying in this unit again and will not be working with Sandcastle realty since they do not follow through on making situations right for their customers as agreed to in writing.
