Welcome to this charming house in Saybrook, close to Saybrook park. This brilliant vacation rental offers a pleasant and tranquil retreat for guests. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, a full bed, trundle and top bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Relax in the cozy living room. Also an additional living space in the partially finished basement with a fold out bed. A partially fenced in back yard with fire pit, grill, tables, chairs and cozy outdoor furniture creates an ideal space to enjoy summer days and eves.

We had a fantastic time in your adorable home. We wanted to have a girls trip not too far away from home, and this was perfect! Love how it was decorated and designed. It was nice to have so much room for us to spread out. We loved the big table for playing games. My favorite part was sitting outside in the private backyard yard sipping coffee each morning. I even saw deer!

Great place to stay!

A group of my girlfriends and i stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect. Very clean and everything we needed was stocked nicely. Only about 10 minutes from the wineries, too! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love and would book again! Plenty of space and a beautiful house, nicely decorated! Outdoor seating with a grill and fire pit with everything you could need in the kitchen!

Very peaceful and beautiful house

Only stayed one night for a family gathering. House was very clean and the description was accurate. Very peaceful location - away from traffic and space from other homes. Quick walk or drive to the Saybrook Township Park. Perfect location between Geneva-on-the-Lake and Ashtabula. Would definitely reserve again if the need arises. The owner responded to my one question very quickly.

Excellent communication before and during stay.We were eating supper and right outside the dinning room window, we saw 20 wild turkeys walking in the yard! Neat experience. Next morning, coffee on front porch, humming birds. There were plenty of towels, great duel coffee maker, nice washer and dryer. The A/C worked great.Minor items that need attention. Only half the toaster worked; front porch screen door frame was attached to house with nails so the whole assembly came loose; wood bore bees were buzzing about on front porch. They had made a nest in the railing; we did find dish drying towels but no dish rags to wash dishes with. We ended up using wash clothes.All in all, a very nice place, clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and close to many attractions.Thanks,Abel and Lisa

The house was very nice and clean and comfortable. It was just like the pictures showed except the back patio was a bit smaller than we thought. However, we did like sitting on the front porch. It is in a quiet neighborhood and about in the middle between GOTL and Ashtabula. Liz was very responsive to our needs which were mostly technology. A great place for the high school reunion of 4 friends.
