Wonderful place better than advertised

We had a wonderful stay ! The house was newly remodeled (bright and clean). Wonderful location directly on the beach ! Close to the canal bike path and at the end of a quiet road. Property managers were responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely love the Phillips Rd private beach access. Property and home were beautiful. I would only say the bathroom shower wayyyyy too small but not a deal breaker. 😊

Wonderful location and views

We have stayed in a different property on Phillips road with a full water view. This was just as beautiful with the view of the beach grasses starting to get that golden color of fall. We thought the property was very well stocked with anything you needed. The shower is extremely small. The over cleanliness of the property could have been a little better. As we traveling with our pets, we know they will hide under the beds until they are comfortable. Before I let them roam, I did dusto mop under the beds and there was much hair/dust. I am glad I cleaned it up before they were let loose. Still, if someone wasn't traveling with a pet, they probably wouldn't have noticed. But no matter what, all in all it was a great week! We would definitely return.
