Please note that the check-in process is clearly outlined in the reservation confirmation and pre-check-in form that were both emailed to you. We apologize if you might have overlooked those. However, we will review ways to ensure it is even clearer for future guests. Since all units are individually owned, we will discuss the bedding with the owner. The bath towels are newly purchased, and as stated in our listing, daily towel exchange is not offered at this unit; however, this service is offered by some owners at one of our other locations. As per our terms and conditions, the owner of the condo supplies a standard stock of paper and guest supplies. Once this is finished a guest will need to procure for their own. The soap provided is a courtesy soap. Furthermore, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided by Prestige Vacations Aruba. Thank you for your 5star review of your stay with us! It is nice to read you enjoyed the condo's interior (it was updated end of last year), the resort's location and quietness. This condo is not provided with a BBQ-grill (and is also not marketed as such), but we do offer this for rent for the condos that are not equipped with one. Indeed Eagle beach is not known or is the best beach to snorkel. However, beaches like Arashi, Malmok, Baby beach or Mangel Halto, are great spots to experience the marine life; you would need a car or you can take the bus, as some of these beaches are on the bus route to the Arashi. We are glad you enjoyed the pin pad entry, air conditioning, water pressure, and bed setup. This condo now offers a BBQ grill for all guests to enjoy! Regarding your concerns, we want to sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We take guest feedback seriously, and rest assured that all the issues you mentioned have been addressed. - It should come as no surprise that the kitchen bar stools and balcony arrangement are exactly as described and shown in the photographs. - Beach amenities: a new cooler with wheels and new beach chairs are since provided in this property for all guests to enjoy. There are straw cabanas and palapas on the beach for public use on a first-come-first-serve basis. On the beach, you can rent lounge chairs and beach umbrellas as well. Around the resort pool decks, there are lounge chairs and straw palapas for use by all guests. - Memory foam mattress: We acknowledge that different guests have different comfort preferences, and we apologize that it was not to your liking, however, all other guests had a great experience since. - TV and dishwasher issues: TVs have been replaced with new and dishwasher steps have been taken to ensure that is working properly. - Toiletries and cleaning products: We apologize for the oversight in not providing the stated laundry and cleaning products correctly. We'll take this feedback into account and ensure these essentials are available for all guests. However, toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner are not provided. - Linen and bedding issues: We deeply regret the condition of the sheets, mattress protectors, and blankets in the apartment. We have spoken with our housekeeping team to ensure that all the new linens are in pristine condition moving forward. Meanwhile, all linens and bedding have been replaced with new ones. - Bathroom maintenance: We are sorry for the condition of the bathroom vanities and caulking. We have promptly addressed these issues and ensured that the bathroom is in excellent condition for future guests. - Kitchen pans: Our apologies for the state of the kitchen pans. We have replaced them with new ones to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. We understand that your experience fell short of expectations and we hope you will give us and this condo another chance to host you in your next Aruba vacation. We are excited for the chance to present the upgrades made by the new condo owner and our services in light of your insightful comments.
