David and Dan were excellent hosts.and very responsive in addressing any issues raised. The property description was generally accurate except that it mentioned an “office” but there was only a desk in the dining area. It also mentioned a griill which was in poor condition in an unkept area in the back. The deck was nice but shared with the 2 other rental apartments above. The apartment is conveniently located to Deering Park, which has a large pond, a wading pool and splash pad and a great playground for kids. You can walk to the wonderful market there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Congress St, The main street in Portland is 2 blocks away with wonderful cafes bakeries and museums.
