The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home.
Quiet little neighborhood .
Very near to Idaho State University and very near to Portneuf Medical center.
Also near to the cute old down town if you want to go to a vintage store or get a delicious coffee or a beer at a local establishment. Buddys famous garlic salad and Italian Restaurant also not far!
Also near to hiking trails like Cherry Creek or Gibson Jack and surrounded by beautiful hills.❤️
The space
There are 3 bedrooms which includes a master with its own bathroom. This room
has a queen size bed.
The other 2 bedrooms have a queen and a King size bed.
These will share a bathroom.
The kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. There is also a Keurig with coffee in it.
A comfortable living room, and an electric fire place for the colder weather.
There is a table that will seat 4.
There are basic amenities like silverware, plates and glass wear, also coffee cups.
Paper towels, toilet paper , hand soaps and laundry soap are available.
Bath towels, washcloths and hand towels are available.
