Lovely penthouse near world-famous Copacabana Beach, with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, all equipped, wifi, washer, beach chairs and umbrellas, iron etc. Walking distance of two metro stations (Cantagalo and Siqueira Campos). Cafeina, Rio's famous café, is right across. Zonal Sul supermarket on the same block.
Banks, restaurants, shops, travel agencies, post office, gyms all available around the block. Buses to all Rio neighborhoods from the same street. 24-hour doorman security.
HOUSE RULES: No pets and no smoking allowed (but you can smoke on the terrace.)
UTILITY BILL: Gas and WiFi is included in your bill. For power, you are entitled to 10 kWh per day. Beyond that you will be charged R$6 per excess kWh consumed.
