Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear that you loved our location and amenities. Because this condo is a cozy 559 square feet, we always make sure to list the exact size upfront so our guests know just what to expect. Regarding the parking, you are spot on—since spaces aren't assigned, the main lot can fill up during busy times, requiring a short walk from the overflow lot. We appreciate your patience with that! And sorry for any inconvenience! We would love the opportunity to host you again at SkyRun Rocky Mountain!

Katie, when you return for another great stay we would be more than happy to host you again! SkyRun Rocky Mountain National Park

It is pleasing to hear; the decor was cute, home was clean and views were nice! We would be happy to host you anytime! SkyRun Rocky Mountain National Park

Thank you for your review, Steve! I am happy to hear that you had a wonderful stay with us. I will have our team check out that sofa for comfort. We can reach out to the homeowner to get that replaced. Thanks for letting us know! We do hope you will come back and see us the next time you are in Estes Park! Thanks from everyone here at SkyRun Rocky Mountain!

Thanks so much for your review Katherine. So glad you love Mary's Lake and the beautiful views from there! You are always wonderful to host! Hope to see you again soon in Estes Park!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you and your husband enjoyed your stay overall, despite the unexpected challenges presented by the bathroom fixtures. We regret that the loose holders caused such an inconvenience during your visit. While we understand it was frustrating, this is a minor maintenance issue that our team could have easily resolved for you in under two minutes had it been brought to our attention while you were on-site. We always prefer a quick, proactive fix during a guest's stay over learning about it afterward in a review. Please rest assured that our maintenance team has already secured the fixtures, ensuring the toilet paper rolls can be changed without further incident. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you back for a seamless and trouble-free stay in the future.

Hi Biswas! Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that your family had a great vacation and that you loved our location, cleanliness, and well-stocked amenities. Since this is a large condo property, some units are naturally a bit further from the pool than others, and we appreciate your patience with the walk. It was a pleasure speaking with you on your check-in day, and I am glad we could quickly guide you to the correct unit. We love your suggestion about adding a property map to our check-in text messages and will look into implementing that right away. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to SkyRun Rocky Mountain soon!

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the communication, fireplaces and hot tub! We're glad you enjoyed those parts of your stay! We appreciate your comments regarding the dishwasher and will look into that. For the hot water, the condo is set up similarly to most residential homes where the water heater may need a little time to replenish between multiple showers. The city and HOA crews work hard to keep all the roads and parking areas cleared during ongoing storms, they can be in only some many places at once. As for the views, building placement within the complex can differ by each unit location!

Thanks so much for your review, Kim! So glad you enjoyed the beautiful views from this home! We enjoyed hosting your stay in Estes Park and hope you will come back and stay with us at SkyRun Rocky Mountain!

Glad you had a place to relax before getting back to the recovery process! SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park.
