Sea Grape Cottage toma su nombre de las plantas nativas que rodean su patio privado. Al entrar por el patio del jardín, encontrará un refugio acogedor equipado para satisfacer sus necesidades de vacaciones. La cabaña tiene un dormitorio (cama queen size), sala de estar, baño y una cocina totalmente equipada. Wonderful time had. My wife and dog had a great relaxing vacation and we all had a great time. The cottage we had was real nice for what we needed. One thing to take into consideration is the plants in the patio area (the crocodile plant) that we had never seen before is toxic to pets and children. We kept our dog away from them after we found that out. The cottage and everything was great and everything was real nice.

L endroit est magnifique juste a côté de la plage!!d ailleur la plage superbe également ..la floride est magique!!la maison est idéalement situé ..nous avons beaucoup aimé flaggler beach..petit pont négatif il y avait des travaux juste a côté et ma femme etait réveillé tot a cause de cela mais concrètement cela n a pas de rapport avec la maison..le coté positif l endroit est entouré de nature ce qui peut aussi etre negatif pour des citadins car nous avons vu ds le jardin une grosse araignee et un serpent mais bon c est la nature et la floride! Je conseil ce logement au personne qui aime la plage et la nature..

Great Stay

Awesome place right next to the beach! Listing is 100 percent accurate and the host is available if needed. Location is perfect. There is a coffee shop, plenty of restaurants, dollar store, plus more within walking distance. Highly recommend if you are looking for a small, beach town vacation.

Beautiful sea grape

This is the cutest little cottage...tucked in off the street. Very tropical florida with sea grapes and plantings. Separate patio out front felt very private. Everything i needed was in place...including a welcome bottle of wine...such a thoughtful touch. .My yorkie felt right at home. I was so delighted to find a home away from home that was so cozy and right in the close in area of Flagler Beach Loved it! Will be back. So close to the beach and boardwalk.

I really did not like the window air conditioners. They kept the place cool but are really noisy. The air was blowing in my face when I was trying to sleep. I would stay again,just not this unit. I was down for business and had little time for fun activities. The location is ideal.

If you want to be in the middle of everything Flagler has to offer, this is it! Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, shopping, and the beach! Loved the private patio that was surrounded by landscaping and greenery. Andres was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the Sea Grape in Flagler Beach!

Our second stay

We enjoyed ourselves last year and decided to do it again this year. The bungalow is so cute and so nicely appointed. The patio is surrounded by palms and sea grapes so you can sit outside and not worry about the people walking by. Already looking forward to next year.

Sea Grape Cottage, a Hidden Gem!

The Sea Grape cottage is a rustic cottage nestled in with a few other cottages, surrounded by lush tropical plants. When we arrived, we found a bottle of Spanish wine and a corkscrew waiting for us on the table! It was much appreciated after a long drive from Indiana! The cottage was clean and comfy, and was furnished with everything we needed. Our bed was clean and comfortable. Outside is a large semi-private patio of pavers, and a table with umbrella. The foilage gives you the feeling that you are in a hideaway! We enjoyed steaks on the grill and lots of drinks! The beach is about one minute away, and it is just perfect. The nice thing about Flagler is that there are no condos on the beach side of the road, and most businesses in town are not national chains! Flagler is very laid back, it is truly Old Florida. Andr'es, our host, is very friendly and helpful, and he is truly concerned that his guests are enjoying their stay. We would stay at the Sea Grape anytime! Thank you.

Nice little place leas than a block away from the beach

We enjoyed our stay the is past week. It was clean and we had everything we needed. No washer and dryer but they have a laundromat a few blocks away, which we have used several times over the years. The home was located very conveniently and we didnt have to worry about finding a place to park at the beach or when going out to eat. We walked mainly everywhere we went in town. We had a little porch outside that was fairly private and enjoyed sitting outside. The owner, Andres was there and spoke with us which was nice. Also, we received a few texts from him throughout our stay as well giving us his number if we needed anything. A few years back, we had some issues with another place in flagler and we had so many problems trying to get ahold of the owner, so this was super nice. Just a few things that were not negative, but just fyi: the shower is super small….it was hard to even bend down to shave my legs. My hubby felt like the green giant in that shower. Ha! And we would have loved a gas grill, although a charcoal grill was available (just a personal preference) Overall, we would definitely rent this little place again.

My partner and I fell in love with Flagler Beach over 30 years ago, and bought this property in 2003 while we were both teaching in Gainesville, FL. We have been remodeling this five cottage complex over the last several year and have five units ready for vacation rental now in this complex and two units elsewhere in Flagler Beach. We have been offering vacation rentals in Flagler Beach since 2001. We now live in Miami Springs, and plan to retire in Flagler Beach in the future. I welcome your inquiries through this website, or by phone, or e-mail. I will respond quickly. Although we no longer live close to Flagler Beach, we visit often, and we have a local caretaker who attends to maintenance of the property and to the needs of our guests.

This cottage is one of five in a complex of a duplex and a triplex surrounded by semi-tropical vegetation. It is centrally located with the beach a short half block away; and most restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. This unit is one block from Moody Blvd, the main street in Flagler Beach, and two blocks to the famous Flagler Beach Pier.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The most attractive aspect of Flagler Beach is its peacefulness and small beach community charm. There are no franchises on the beach, nor high rises. There are several small local restaurants and cafes with excellent food, a couple of galleries, some nice bars, and a friendly community.
Marineland is 10 minutes to the north, and Daytona Beach is 20 minutes south. Historic St. Augustine is a half-hour drive away, and Orlando and Disney are within an hour's drive. Major airports are within an hour and a half drive.
The sunrises are fabulous at this time of the year. The beach is less that a block away. The ocean water temperature is cool this time of the year, and the sun is bright and warm. At night sit and contemplate the constellations and the planets from anywhere, the patio, the beach, or walking around the town! This is an ideal place for moon lovers, and star gazers. Fish from the beach, or from the nearby pier. Bring your own bicycle and enjoy riding around this small community! During the winter months Right Whales may show up at the beach, and dolphins are visible year round. If you are planning a family reunion, a wedding, or any type of small group activity, this location could be ideal reserving the whole compound of four cottages and one studio.
