The modern 1 bedroom is large with full kitchen and lanai with great view of the Ala Wai canal and the mountains, and just newly renovated! It is only 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach or about 5 minutes walk. The unit is private with its own entrance. This unit fits 2 guests perfectly but can accommodate up to 4 with the sofa sleeper. The complex is quiet and secured, yet centrally located in Waikiki, near the beach, International Market Place, Ala Wai Canal, and parks!

Waikiki beach is 2 blocks / 5 mins walk away.
International market place is also within 5 mins walk.
Royal Hawaiian Center is 8 mins walk.

The guest has their own private entrance into the unit. There is a pool in the complex. A gated storage area in the building for bikes and surfboards.

The space has everything you need for a short term stay, including a fully functioning kitchen, washer/dryer, full bathroom and a closet. High speed internet and flat screen cable Smart TV. The location is extremely walkable to the beach, parks, and all restaurants around Waikiki.

Turo for getaway to further places.

The spacious 1 bedroom is perfect for 2 guests, at approximately 580 square feet. It does have an additional sofa sleeper bed which will make it sleep 4 total.

The building is located 20th floors above Ala Wai Blvd. (a pretty busy street) so there can be noise from cars and other urban-city type of noises.

Parking may be reserved for additional fee - subject to availability.

Lost Room Keys / keyfob: $200

Please rinse off the sand as much as possible prior to entering the unit if you go swim at the beach.
Please take of your shoes while walking in the unit.
Dryer might take quite some time to dry because it's a washer/dryer combo unit. Please to utilize the drying rack in the lanai when possible.
The unit has great air circulation year round, please utilize the trade wind and fan as much as possible before turning on the AC to conserve the island's energy.
