This place is a gem! Most everything you need is provided and the property is clean. The location is perfect and you can walk to anything so a car is not mandatory. The check in was efficient and communication was good. The Hilton's firework show can be viewed from the balcony. It can be a little noisy, but that is expected when in the middle of all the action!

Cute and cozy

Perfect location close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Place has everything you need including parking close by. Would stay there again.

Nice apartment but there was no broom to sweep up sand. There was also no cleaning spray to wipe down the counters. The photos were also deceiving in how big the apartment was. There were no instructions on how to leave the apartment on checkout day. But the place was nice and clean.

Midtown Waikiki as advertised. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Simple and affordable. TV works, full kitchen. Will be back!

absolutely LOVED this place. parking is right around the corner if you rent a car, u walk down the street and the whole beach walk is right around the corner aswell. 5-10 minute walk from the main “touristy” waikiki beach, but there’s also a beach right by the apartment aswell. all in all this apartment was amazing and for sure will rent from here again in the near future.

Acceptable property; great location

We stayed for 7 nights. The location is excellent with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, not to mention that it's very close to the beach. Paul, the manager was very helpful and available. We would return.

Beach Walk is a great location to access many locations in Waikiki, and easy to get to for uber/lyft. The shave ice place at the first floor was a nice suprise. Clean and as advertised. For larger people the shower is small. Everything worked fine and they were very attentive.

Great location, price, convenience, parking, etc. Waikiki beach is just next block. Inside the condo is a one bedroom with a sleep sofa. This place is good for 3-4 people(we're family of three). The bathroom specially the shower area is a little small but it serves its purpose. We would definitely come back and rent this place again.

Exactly what we needed, great location

The space was located in a part of Waikiki we prefer and enjoy and it was perfectly situated to access everything by foot. Parking was included which was located in a parking lot not nearby. It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and our 2 young kids. Clean and equipped with items we needed for the week we were there. As other reviewers mentioned, there is some very early morning noise from either garbage or delivery trucks which was easily heard through the bedroom window with the windows closed, but not as loud for our kids sleeping in the livingroom. Location was perfect even with that inconvenience and we would stay again.

Great location

Great location for easy walk to all of the restaurants and Waikiki beach. Full view of fireworks set off from the Hilton on Friday nights from patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach mat provided which was nice for the beach. Free parking in open large lot less than 5 minute walk. Shave Ice at bottom of elevator. Window air conditioner that kept main room nice and cold, but back bedroom was a little warm, but thankfully bedroom has a ceiling fan. Definitely hear noise of the city at night in the bedroom, but that is to be expected with the location. Pull-out sofa bed more suitable for younger kids vs our two teenage kids. Shower and bathroom small but fine for us for our short stay. Overall great rental for the price.

It has a small shower so if your a big person I would reconsider. The negative thing was I had to clean some areas. I discussed with the owner and we came to a resolution. Paul was awesome. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed was excessively squeaky and uncomfortable. The bathroom was petite, and the shower felt cramped with no ventilation. The balcony appears to be quite loud.. Advantages include proximity to the beach, available parking, and convenient access to walking, shopping, and dining options.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice walking distance to waikiki and the beach. Very small bedroom and bathroom. Can barely fit 2 people in the bedroom. Bedroom window panel is not tightly secure so noise can be a problem. No walking space if sofa bed is used. You can hear people talking on the phone if they stand by the bedroom windows. Sofa bed is not comfortable. It kept deflating every 10 minutes. The good thing about this place is nice kitchen. Beach chair and umbrella are available.
