Joanie and Jay are wonderful hosts- the home is clean, comfortable and great for a family or group. The house is well stocked with everything from beach chairs to coolers, games and books. We truly enjoyed the community, short walk to the beach, and clubhouse facilities. We had a wonderful week.

Family summer vacation.

The house was plenty big enough for our family of 10 and the location was convenient to drive to several beaches and the shops in town.

Awesome family vacation

We had an awesome time at the house. The kids all loved the air hockey table. We enjoyed afternoons at the pool. The beach was a short walk away and the water was warm. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great family stay!

Great house with almost everything you’d need for a stay on the Cape. Only reasons to rate 4 and not 5 stars was the kitchen had a persistent ant problem - owner was very responsive and supplied Raid for us to use. We also had an issue with one toilet not flushing for several days, it was fixed within an hour after we contacted the owner, which was great. Would definitely recommend this property!

Week stay at East Falmouth home

We had a very nice stay. Joanie and Jay very accessible to contact. The private beach is perfect if you have young children/ toddlers to play in. I did not get the time to swim but the pool looked very nice and has a baby pool. You do need to drive but short distance. Only suggestion to bring or rent a blanket with linens as did get cold at times and bed covers light. Also, suggest for Joanie/ Jay to replace some of the beach chairs as some rusty and a couple broken. Otherwise had plenty of kitchen items, and outdoor items.

Best Cape Cod vacation ever!

We loved the house and the hosts. The house was our home for a week - exactly what we needed to be together with our kids and grand-kids. We found a space for each member of the family (8 adults and 5 children - and that may be a max). The house is not only very clean and tastefully decorated, but it has also everything you may need: TV-s, board games, toys, books and videos all carefully selected, as well as a grill and plenty of bikes and on top of this it has a 'soul' - a good vibe, which made us happy. We used the beach in the proximity - a bit small and crowded at times, the boat launch for our kayak, also the pool, the restaurant and the tennis court from the club house. Joanie and Jay were ready to help us, whenever we needed something (i.e., brought us a tricycle). They were even waiting for us with a delicious cake, which we used to celebrate our grandson who turned 2. Best Cape Cod vacation ever!

Cape Cod Squad

We had a fabulous time at 63 Ellsworth Dr.! There were 10 of us in our party, and it did not feel at all crowded! The house was spotless, and we were greeted when we arrived and had a walk-through of the property. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a kitchen in the basement. The second refrigerator was a big hit. I spoke to the host prior to our stay, as well as during our time there. It was so nice that they came by as we were checking out to see how our vacation was! We loved the bikes which we used to get to the private beach and association pool. Although it’s definitely doable to walk to both of these locations. They yard was the perfect size and the gardens were gorgeous. The deck had plenty of seating for our family as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful house with all the amenities

Wonderful house with all the amenities. Close walk to the beach. The clubhouse pool is really nice. The neighborhood is really quiet. There’s a lunch site nearby. The neighborhood is great for walking or bicycling and small kids because there are hardly any cars. The owners were more than helpful, they were delightful. We would return again.

East Falmouth Review

We found the owners extremely nice and accomodating. They went out of their way to review amenities and were available for any questions. The property came with the use of a private beach and pool as part of an association. We found that the private beach was too small for what we were looking for however we were able to travel to really any of the local beaches within 10-15 minutes. The pool is located about 3/4 of a mile from the house and was great. It was not crowded and for most of the week food and drinks are also available to purchase onsite and served at the pool. The backyard was nice and private, has a deck with a nice Weber grill and an outdoor shower. The house also had a washer and dryer which was very convenient. We had 9 people in our party with 3 children and found the house spacious enough to support everyone comfortably. Although the house was clean we did have an an issue with ants in the kitchen.

Lovely stay

Great and wonderful stay. Lots of room across two floors. Access to the pool and clubhouse is stellar. Falmouth is great. Joanie and Jay provide 5 star service and are there to immediately help with anything. The yard is wonderful for kids playing and watching butterflies.

Great hosts

We had a great time at the house. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay at the house very much. Would strongly recommend. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, perfect for family vacations.

First Vacation with Family since Covid…

The house was perfect for our family. The open space of the living room and kitchen worked well for all of since we were there for two weeks and did do a decent amount of cooking. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms worked well for parents, in laws, and kiddos! Having two full bathrooms and the outside shower was very helpful with the amount of people we had. The downstairs den/family room was a big hit since we did play a lot of air hockey which all ages loved! The upstairs deck was great and the fenced backyard was a plus. We used these spaces everyday and the kids really loved the swing set since they don’t have one at home. Being able to walk to the beach was such a plus. Only got to use the pool once since it was not open during the week due to how early in the season that we rented this wonderful home. Highly recommend this beautiful home, the owners Joanie and Jay know what they are doing and we’re very helpful in getting us acquainted with the house and the area since this was out first time staying in Falmouth@,

Fabulous Stay

Our group of 10 adults and four kids under 1 1/2 absolutely loved this house. The majority of our time we hung out in the spacious living room, beautiful deck out back and and big backyard. Proximity to the private neighborhood beach and access to the club pool were great for our group so people could go back and forth to the house if needed. Beach was a neighborhood beach, sandy and really good for little kids (an ice cream boat came every day!) House came with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more! Kitchen was full of everything we needed; plates, utensils, crockpot, air fryer, blenders etc. The couple that own this property were fantastic and were just a text a way if we needed anything!

Jay and Joanie, thank you for a wonderful Summer vacation, again! We have rented this property now 3 different times and have NEVER been disappointed. From the location to the amenities, we always enjoy ourselves. This home had given us SO many wonderful memories that we will keep with us always. Just as perfect on our 1st, 2nd and 3rd stay!

We have stayed at this wonderful East Falmouth house for 3 years, yes 3x! The house is perfect for our 7 adults and now includes a baby. There are lots of amenities included in both kitchens, spacious and comfy rooms and beds, tvs in every room, fun games, books to read, bikes, crib/high chair/toys for baby, and the location is walking distance to a private beach and a nice bike ride to the pool for mom's favorite aquatic class. Besides the beautiful house Joanie and Jay, the owners, are most gracious and caring people. Joanie loves making wonderful new additions to the house yearly to include a king size bed this year, additional kitchen items and pretty touches here and there. They make their house feel like it's ours! REALLY! East Falmouth is also a great location; the neighborhood is quiet too and close to Mashpee shopping outlets and Smitty's ice cream that we love. The house is spotless clean and the landscape is beautiful too! We love our stay and talk about our Cape memories the rest of the year till we can come back again. All is truly perfect!!

Nice family home. Quick walk to private beach.

This house was perfect for our group which was made up of three young families with three toddlers. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house and the backyard area and outdoor shower were nice. The private beach was less than a five minute walk and was perfect for a quick outing for young kids to enjoy. The clubhouse pool wasn’t worth it for us as children can’t go in the main pool with adults even with a swim diaper on. That was a little disappointing. Falmouth was really cute with plenty of places to eat and shop.

Fabulous !!!..wish I were still there !

The home was all the description said it was and more!!...the pictures don't tell the whole story...it was so nice to have room to stretch out in, whether it be with your family or by yourself...between the deck and the patio...the yard was beautifully kept, and with a small child it being fenced in was a great advantage...when the owners Jay and Joanie tell you everything is there, believe it....I was so impressed by the amenities...the owners have thought of everything...hope to be back soon...one more note, the private beach a five minute walk from the house was wonderful....Thank you again Jay and Jonie...have a wonderful year !!!

Great Vacation

Joanie and Jay are the best hosts for their property. They warmly greeted us and brought a cake the first day for some tired travelers. The house has everything you need and it is close to a small beach area that was wonderful for two small children. The children had so much fun playing in the back yard, they did not want to leave most days. I would rerecorded the property to anyone who is looking for a great Cape Cod vacation Thanks so much

Great Vacation Home from which to explore the Cape

Fabulous house - usually the pictures over represent a property - here this was not the case, our expectations were exceeded. The owners are super accommodating and do all they can to ensure you have all the necessities to enjoy your stay (not only in the house but beyond - bikes, beach toys etc). Pool at the club house is great and the local beach in a couple of minutes walk away! Good location for exploring the Cape, very convenient for Martha's vineyard too. Many enjoyable meals cooked on the grill and overlooking the beautifully kept gardens.

Best Vacation Ever

This house has it all! The owners , Joanie and Jay met us there and have thought of every last detail and amenity anyone would want... 8 bicycles ( all in a neat bike rack), tennis raquets for the club court, floats and noodles for the pool, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas and buggy for the beautiful private beach! Shampoos, soaps, super stocked kitchen with every appliance, fooseball, air hockey , books, games and toys! The house is immaculate and beach themed adorable..private outside shower( with hot and cold water), a great wooden swing set, and super comfy. Lots of large TV sets, a Webber grill and even an herb garden. The club was welcoming and friendly, the heated pool, the restaurant and planned activities just great! Thank you for your gracious hospitality and the beautiful and delicious cake you left us... we will be back!

Warm and inviting

This was our first trip to Cape Cod. We travelled with our family and my brother's family. It is a good location, between Woods Hole and Hyannis. The home itself has a playroom downstairs and living room upstairs. This also worked well because those who wanted to sit and read could do so upstairs while those who wanted to play games downstairs could as well. Neighborhood is quiet at night. Bicycles were included. Owners are very friendly.

This house is perfect! Location, location, location! This property has it all! Beach, pool, tennis, restaraunt in clubhouse. The owners were warm and inviting, they supplied bicycles, tennis racquets, beach chairs, beach buggy, coolers and even sand toys! The grounds are stunning, the interior decor is a beautiful beach theme, clean as can be and two kitchens! Can't wait to book again, truly a great beach vacation!

Truly Perfect - Immaculate, Spacious and so Comfy!

Our second stay was just as perfect as the first stay the previous summer! This summer/2016 we stayed for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, spacious and very clean house with sun shiny Cape Cod decorations throughout! All amenities are here - including extras! The central a/c was perfect with ceiling fans throughout as it was a hot summer but so comfy in the house! The outside of the property is meticulous too and we enjoyed a few BBQs with a great grill on the large deck. Neighbors are very nice too. The owners, Joanie and Jay, are so very warm and caring and really go out of their way to make sure everything is tip top best for our stay! The beach is a very close walk which we enjoyed too! The club house is new and beautiful and we enjoyed many trips to the pool and had a wonderful dinner one evening at the club house. We have felt very welcomed at the club house too. It truly is our favorite house and we love the owners! Down to earth wonderful folks!! Lucky us to find them and their beautiful house they are sharing. Hope to be back next year too! Thank you for such a truly wonderful stay!
