This lovely 1920s home was relocated to the site and includes a fireplace, family kitchen, large dining, and family area with private outdoor patio and gas grill. Two main level queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom including a walk-in shower, plus a loft space with two twin beds, and an additional bathroom.

The property is great! Our cottage was very comfortable. The only improvements would be to provide more towels and toilet paper. We had 6 women with only 6 towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper. We were there for 3 nights. There was no washer or dryer so doing a load of laundry was out. Also we did have some electrical issues that weren’t taken care until our last

Wonderful Hill County Stay

We rented Pavin's Cottage for a long weekend - had a couple of friends our 13 year old boys. The property was excellent for the boys to play and explore, and absolutely beautiful for us adults. This is a true gem - immaculate grounds, homes and amenities. John was quick to address concerns and excellent at communicating check in/out procedures. We will definitely be back!
