Great location as it’s close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, great price. A nice restaurant across the street too. Highly recommend and will definitely plan to stay for our next Tampa visit.

Tampa getaway

Perfect for quick getaway to Tampa area, easy commute and Uber to Stadium, airport and downtown. Great for our small dogs. Hostess was awesome with communication.

Esma was a wonderful host. She was very attentive to our needs and went above an beyond to make sure we were adequately accommodated. She checked in once in a while without us going to her first to make sure there wasn't any problems or if we needed anytbing. The apartment was adorable, plenty of room and the convenience of the full kitchen and laundry was amazing! My fiancé had to have surgery nearby and it was perfect and accessible for him to move around easily afterwards. We will definitely be booking with Esma again in the future!

Inaccurate description

The unit we stayed in was not the unit we booked. It was supposed to be 2 bed 2 bath and I agreed to stay in the other unit which was 2 bed 1 bath due to our housing situation (no other choice). The host only offered $100 off, despite the unit being significantly smaller. The host contacted me after the stay for additional cleaning fees that were not accurate and were incredibly offensive.

Due to availability issues, we provided a comparable option with a discount, aiming to accommodate as best we could. Regarding the cleaning fees, there were significant extra cleaning needs, including removing stains from the comforter due to fecal matter. This was beyond standard turnover, which is why additional fees were requested. Our intent was solely to cover these costs, not to offend. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our guest experience.”

Underwhelming...

There are no TV's in the bedrooms. Mattresses are lumpy. The ice maker didn't work in the refrigerator. No ironing board. Too much noise from the upstairs tenants. Grass outside wasn't cut. Lighting outside was poor. There were not any face towels. I had to go buy my own. There wasn't a dresser in the bedrooms to unpack my stuff.
