This rental was perfect for myself, my daughter and her 2 small dogs. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay.

First website said avail by 3 pm we still couldn’t get in at 4 Host still cleaning No lights in back bedroom or front dining room Could not access tv no matter what you tried to put in Didn’t give instructions on anything other than keep the couch clean no extra paper towels anything laid out fir you never was told where to put the key when we left No communication

I purchased this property because of its convenient location to Gulfport, beaches and St. Pete. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Thomlinson park with exercise equipment and swings and slides for kids is across the street

What makes this property unique

I renovated the property with all new electrical, plumbing kitchen and bathrooms. The open living room design with cathedral ceilings is rare in Florida so is the huge master suite with cathedral ceilings and attached master bathroom
