Originally a school house in the 1800's, but rebuilt in the 90's. This scenic house is located to many local attractions: downtown Woodstock (10 min), Quechee Gorge, Killington Mountain and Pico Mountain (20 min), Long Trail Brewery (1 mile). Great for families for hiking and fishing. In the winter, great for skiing and snowmobiling 100 yards from the Vast Trail System. Finished basement great for activities.
