We are a family of four adults traveling to the area for a wedding. The apartment was as advertised. It is well stocked and has updated appliances. The space is clean and sunny. The property is in a quaint residential area, convenient to all locations. We were able to be at Philadelphia airport in 20 minutes. My only comment is that there are a series of steep, narrow staircases from landing to basement(washer/dryer access), entrance to first floor, and first floor to 2nd floor suite which can be a potential problem for folks with limited mobility. You would definitely need safety gates for toddlers/small children though there are doors to close off areas.Communication with managers and check in was seemless. Would rent again.

What a wonderful stay! Travis was an amazing host - kind, responsive, and super helpful. The house was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is wonderful and it was lovely to be so close to the zoo with our young kids. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Wilmington!

Great stay!

The place is nice, plenty of space, beautifully decorated and very updated. The kitchen was very nice and so were the bathrooms. A true pleasure to have stayed there for the weekend. They have paid lots of attention to details that truly enhance the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

City sanctuary with everything you need

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is tastefully decorated, clean, airy, plenty of space and has all the essentials needed. We loved the location because it’s right in Wilmington but in a beautiful, quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. The hosts clearly and consistently communicated with us and were super friendly and kind. Would recommend staying here!
