Downstairs is the bonus room and laundry area with access to the garage and backyard with the outdoor seating and optional area to dine. There is a TV downstairs in the bonus room as well as a sleeper sofa which flattens to a full sized bed.

Upstairs you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room on the second or main level of the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to prepare food. There`s a coffee maker, air fryer and toaster oven, blender, a dishwasher, oven and range, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils, plates, cups, mugs, silverware and more.

The thermostat is also on the main level, on the interior wall opposite the TV and powder room. Upstairs on the third level of the house, you will find the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has the TV with additional cozy chairs to make a movie night upstairs if you choose. The dresser is inside of the spacious closet and the master bathroom is an en suite with stand up shower, spa tub and a double sink vanity.

The other 2 bedrooms have full sized beds, dressers, night stands and ceiling fans. There is a hall bath with everything needed and a large hall closet opposite that where extra linens are stored if needed. The WiFi is shared through the app upon check in.
