Grand Victorian 1,104 square foot unit, with Sleeping for 6. 1 King, 1 queen, 1 single, and 2 pullout couches in the living room! A great deal for families! Street View balcony, Central heat and a/c, Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in the parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Perfect location

This property is perfect location! Right on the middle of old orchard and easy to go back and forth to the room with kids. We will definitely be staying again!

Weekend Getaway

We took my sister in a long weekend getaway for her 40th birthday. This condo was absolutely amazing! The location clearly can’t be beat…. You are right on the water and next to the pier/activities. The condo itself is super spacious! 7 adults fit comfortably and the two littles under 2 had plenty of room to play. I would 1000% recommend this place. Just be mindful that you only have 2 parking spaces and other vehicles will need to find overnight parking. We found a lot on First street next to mini golf.

Overpriced ..

Property location was perfect. It was centrally located to everything in the area and steps from the beach. I would stay at this property again just not in this unit. Apon arrival we found the unit to be dirty. The couch was filthy with sand and food, under the couch looked like they had never cleaned it!! The property manager did send someone up to vacuum the couch but under it was never cleaned (mind you the cleaning fee is substantial) The unit lacked necessities like an iron (they had a broken one in the closet), extra blankets, decent pots (the ones there should be thrown out), and maybe keep some cleaning supplies to be able to wipe the counters/stove top down. The table set was old with wobbly legs on the table and chairs. They advertise a full kitchen but the oven was broken. Overpriced for what it is.

Although we never like to see reviews like this we do appreciate the feedback so we can improve. I will admit last year was tough on us here but we always strive to be the best in town. We manage most of the units in the Grand Victorian and cleaning issues are very rare for us. All of the other issues with the necessities have been addressed with new items so that is longer a problem! Hopefully, we can have you back again.

Condo Stay

Loved the location and service however the unit was not clean and lacked some items. We found scraps of food in the microwave, pills underneath the bed in the second bedroom, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the countertops and kitchen table when wiped down showed black streaks all over the white towel. Didn’t appear that the unit was even cleaned. Plus there was one roll of toilet paper and no tissues.

Great Place for Vacation

We all had a great time! Close to town, but not too noisy. Enjoyed walking right out onto the beach or downtown. Loved the unit we stayed in. Clean, up to date, comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

Bill made the entire vacation!

The desk manager, Bill was such a major part of a smooth experience lol the parking spot however?! The parking spot is an unfair joke haha but that’s honestly the only bad part! The location is 1000% unbeatable. The pool was an amazing distraction from the beach for my 3 year old - and the boardwalk rides & games being right next door was a dream for my teens.

Awesome and will book again

We had a great time with family and friends! The condo was so wonderful and more room than we needed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in and the location was awesome. The pool and the beach was steps away. There was something for everyone! Owner is available and very accommodating! We will book again for sure.

Amazing place to stay!

Suite 512 of the Grand Victorian is the best!! We stayed with four friends and it was honestly the best vacation I’d ever had! The condo was incredibly clean and nice, judging from the past reviews I assume they bought a new sectional, it was huge!! Game nights were amazing, kitchen was 100% stocked, and the bedrooms were comfy! The location was also amazing, everything in town was within a 5 minute walk! The beach was literally thirty seconds away with our own private entrance that gave us a fair bit of privacy while there. The pool was also amazing!! Super nice, and the chairs provided in the pool room were incredibly comfortable!! Because we went a bit early in the season, sadly the boardwalk amusement park was closed but everything else was open and operating during our stay. Old Orchard Beach really is beautiful, and this wonderful condo made our stay incredible!

Great time was had by all

The property was as listed and well kept. This was our first time here and everything was ready when we arrived. Loved having the washer drier. The only opportunity for improvement is around the furniture in the living space. The “leather” couch was torn the black material was flaking off. The large chair was falling apart and the seat was collapsed. The arms of the fold out couch are also falling off. Basically the living room furniture needs to be replaced with something more durable and that stands up to the environment. I know it is a rental unit and as such gets heavy use and it is the end of the season. Yes you do hear the noises and people outside at night but that is part of staying in the center of the activity. Everything else was great and we would love to rent again next year.

Research the surrounding area and bring sound machine

This was our first trip to Maine. We were attracted to the nearby activities for our kids. We did not realize traffic and congestion of people that would come with it. We were able to compensate with day trips out of the area. Property specific: The pool was closed many of the days that we were there. People, who appeared to be residents, suggested this is common. A couch in the living room with leather-like surface was shedding all over, which became tracked all over the unit. The position of the unit in the building was a downfall for sleeping. The combination of the train, garbage trucks, street sweepers and people coming out of the bar were terrible for sleeping. We could hear the music every time the bar door opened across the street and people talking while exiting or walking down the street. Again, do your research of the area.

Stay wasn't bad

We had a great time although when we arrived the property wasn't cleaned and considering you pay cleaning fees you hope they would actually clean the place. The bedding wasn't changed considering the fact that there was a pandemic for a year and half prior that shouldn't have been an issue .The property manager took care of this after the fact and had it cleaned considering the price they you pay for the place for the week. Maybe it's time to get a few new couches I have gotten free couches that were in better condition. Besides that it was a nice place. Great location- right by the pier . Property manager rectified situation but I wouldn't pay that price again.

We will return!

From the easy check in to the excellent location, I have no complaints. The group included me, my grown daughter and my grandaughter (11) and one of her friends. We gave the 2 girls the king bedroom and we took the second bedroom with 2 beds. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet once we got used to the train passing by lol. We already plan to return to the same unit next year. The location can't be beat. If I had to complain about anything its the only access to the balcony is thru the master bedroom.

Absolutely Perfect Family Vacation!

Great location! The unit was very clean and matched the photos exactly. Everything we needed was in the unit. Check in was eashy and the team was great! Will definitely be returning soon.
