Welcome to King's Retreat, an exquisite oasis nestled on the serene and shaded side of the street. From the moment you enter the courtyard you will be astonished. Gated and covered front patio. This is not your usual half duplex. Almost 1400 sq ft of living area with MARBLE flooring, gorgeous cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances.
3 Flat Screen TV's, 1 DVD Player. Hi speed wireless internet service.
This is definitely not your average half duplex, lots of pride in ownership here.
There is a security fence for toddlers to keep them away from the canal in the brick paver patio on the water side. 37.5' step down dock with fish cleaning table, 30-amp power and bait freezer.
