Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is clean & love the pool & boat dock. It's nice to have a bait freezer. Only issue is that the TVs in the bedrooms aren't hooked up for the past 2 times we have stayed here.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need, plenty of towels and toys out by the pool, great screen room though it was too hot for us to use. Clean and nice house with plenty of room. Mattresses and the grill could use some upgrading, but overall our stay was excellent.

We had a wonderful week here. This house was perfect for 2 couples. The boat dock was great. Bikes were fun for a short ride to sparkys landing.

Some lights in the house were not working nor when any of the pool lights. Maybe my expectations were to high I would have suspected basic things. (Toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags) for the amount of money being paid to stay. That’s was the only con. House is beautiful and perfect.

The location of this home is perfect! Quiet but just a short drive to great restaurants. Absolutely loved the private heated pool! We would definitely book this again!

Excellent vacation

One of the best places we have stayed in KCB. We stayed at Flamingo Nook for 2 weeks. The place is beautiful! The pool, the screened porch and the entire home is beautiful! You can tell it has recently been refurbished and that the owners take pride in their home! We have already booked for 2026! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great place! We rent here twice annually and could not be more pleased!!!! We always leave the place just as we found it and would suggest that considering the price for cleaning...... The Maids should mop the floor, particularly under the beds more often...Other than that is great...

Loved our stay at the Flamingo Nook!

Everything was as described. I have rented in Key Colony multiple times and loved the location, the property, and the canal. Rental was clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans. Had a little bit of an issue with the hospitality app that was used for check-in/communication not showing new messages but that is due to the app and/or my phone and I was very happy my call was answered on the weekend to help us check-in. Would definitely stay again!
