Family Visit

Short notification and needed to find a place that could accommodate large family and some extended family. Property manager and owner all very accommodating. Neighborhood was very quiet. We never had any issues or felt unsafe. Short Lyft/Uber to the strip, with some decent views from the backyard.

A Great House and Owner, both exceeded our high expectations

Very clean, well cared for, well thought out, well prepared, well stocked. Aaron knows what a traveling group of our size (20+ people at dinners) needs and all of it was there in abundance. We really appreciated the Christmas decorations and the welcoming bottles of wine on our first night. Great kitchen, great layout, great game room. Proximity to both the strip and the airport was outstanding, yet we never heard any planes; very quiet neighborhood that is close to many conveniences, including grocery and drug stores. We plan on renting this home again for our next family reunion. Thanks for making this house available!!

Perfect house for what we wanted

We booked this house for my 50th birthday and I have to say it was just perfect. I wanted some of my close friends to stay in the house with me, and that's exactly what we did, we chilled out during the day and at night we partied and gambled on the strip. The house has everything you could think of, and Aaron even decorated the outside with Halloween lights which was such a nice touch! Absolutely would recommend for anyone wanting a large home to share! Thanks for everything! :-)

The property was better then advertised, loved it!

Our experience was awesome from before we even got there, aaron was an amazing host prior to our arrival to the very end! The house is so close to everything but just far enough a way to relax. This house has everything you need, you literally just need your luggage with clothes and that's it! I will recommend this house to anybody that is traveling to Vegas. The Kitchen is a cooks dream, every possible utensil a cook could need or want, to the counter space to have a full on buffet. The rooms are amazing with comfortable beds throughout. We had 12-14 adults in the house and never once did anyone feel a need for space. Air conditioning throughout even in the detached game room. The game room was a natural hangout place that we all enjoyed for hours... the pool is awesome with sitting areas for children to adults. That back patio is covered and runs the full length of the house. With enough seating to seat an army! He has a laundry room that will make most laundromats jealous, there's also an entire room full of fresh linens and towels with air mattresses that several of my guests enjoyed! Their is a stock room full of toiletries, solo cups, paper towels, batteries, paper plates, bowls, soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, etc etc anything you need! We made two phone calls to Aaron (host). 1. We needed ashtrays and rope for one of his outside games, we had both within the hour Second question We wanted to rent the Canelo fight, that we as guests decided to order 20 mins before the fight. He answered and walked us through the ordering process! I look forward to staying at this house in the future, and will recommend it to anyone! Thank you Aaron

Great neighborhood, amazing house!! This property is one for the books. Amazing condition and large enough to accommodate large groups. Aaron is awesome to work with and made the trip so easy. Amazing place 5 min from the strip

I stayed Casa de Sinatra last week for a get together with some friends and family. There were 15 guys that we fit comfortably. I honestly didn't want to leave the property there was so much to do. The game room was definitely the place to be. I wished our stay was much longer so we could enjoy the estate. I was debating on getting a big hotel on the strip, but for the price, this was way more bang for your buck. We would have gotten a 3 bedroom hotel room for more expensive. Just a quick uber ride to the strip, it was super convenient. Aaron was very accommidating and even let us have an early check in and a late check out. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs the space and luxury for the price. I would 100% come back and stay here next time I come to Vegas. Thanks Aaron!

Great Property!

Just spent 3 nights at the Casa with 17 - 16 year old boys for a soccer tournament. The house was a pleasant environment to spend time in and relax when not on the soccer fields. The man cave and Basketball hoop provided way more appropriate entertainment for young men than the strip. I would love to rent this property again with a group of adults for a Las vegas vacation. Close enough to the strip to enjoy and far enough away to be relaxing. Love the Sinatra and Elvis memorabilia.

Absolutely wonderful home for groups and reunions. Close to both airport and the LV Strip!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home perfect for small to large groups. It is located in a fairly quiet part of town, but with easy access to both Mccarran airport as well as the Las Vegas strip. There is a extra large gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining. There is a giant Norm Mccarran airport as well as the Las Vegas strip. There is a extra large gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining. There is a giant HD flatscreen TV for viewing special events with plenty of seating. There is a separate game room which appears to have been a converted garage with a number of games including foosball table, shuffleboard and darts. Each bedroom is well appointed and there are plenty of towels as well. There are two front-loading washing machines and dryers which comes in handy for group stays. I would definitely consider coming back to this place!

Awesome place!! Perfect location and size for large families!

The Casa de Sinatra more than met our needs for our large party of 19 including several kids! There was more than enough space and activities to keep everyone busy and comfortable. The man cave kept the kids entertained (even the Dads!!) The kitchen utensils and towels were abundantly supplied. Just needed to get the food. The Christmas decorations were an additional bonus! The location was perfect and we could easily get to the Strip within 15 min and the airport was also nearby. Aaron and his cleaning crew were great hosts and very easy to work with. We will definitely consider this place for future reunions.

Fantastic home for larger groups of all ages!

Great experience start to finish! The owner and family were responsive and very helpful! Property itself was excellent for our large group! The game room was excellent for the kids and adults alike, the basketball hoop and outdoor space allowed for a good deal of outdoor activities too! All the cooks in the family loved the kitchen and the double islands! Great place! We'll definitely be back!

Very Impressive & fabulous home

We can't say enough about the property. The home is very spacious and accommodating. We had 18 people in our group. We never felt crowded in any living space. We also hosted a small dinner for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner and we were happy that everyone had an awesome time. Everyone has asked to come back to this house annually. The property owner was very accommodating & very genuine as well. I would be remissed if I didn't mention that fabulous game room and all the games for every age group. My guest in the Sinatra Suite were pleased with the accommodations, as was I in the Elvis Suite. The kitchen was spectacular! Thanks again for a memorable wedding weekend!

Well maintained, nice property with lots of activities

Aaron and crew did a great job in the lead up and during our stay, and was very responsive throughout. We arrived to a well-maintained, clean house with plenty of space for several people. Great outdoor space for barbeque, and separate house with pool, shuffle board, yard games, etc.

Impressed - Very Clean & Lots to Do

Overall a great experience staying here! Property was in great shape, clean rooms, towels, kitchen, etc. with everything we needed for the week. New flat screens in every room, huge kitchen with more than enough space for cooking, plenty of bathrooms and showers, nice patio/grilling area. Game room was great including shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, darts, cornhole, poker/blackjack table, computer with a great sound system set up, and more. This house is close enough to the strip (10-15 mins depending on traffic) and in a good neighborhood that felt safe. We will be booking here again next year.
