Welcome to Hideaway In The Highlands! Experience complete seclusion in the highland hills of Bella Vista while being surrounded by adventure. Bike in/out with "tunnel vision" trail head just 1 mile from the house, fine tune your golf game with 7 golf courses and enjoy the pristine waters of 7 lakes all right here in Bella Vista! As you enter our Hideaway you're greeted with a welcoming an open concept living/kitchen/dining area! The living room is spacious, has a huge TV, dart board, game cabinet and a full size shuffle board table. The kitchen has an eat in dining area seating 6 but don't worry if you have a large group because there are 2 bar stools on the other side of the kitchen peninsula for extra seating. We prefer outdoor dining with the beautiful Arkansas weather so we have outdoor patio furniture under the covered patio and a picnic table out in the full sunshine so the whole crew can enjoy a meal outside! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking and baking for the whole group.

Venturing into the bedrooms you'll find the master bedroom with a cozy queen size bed and private en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 is across the hallway and has another plush queen size bed for you. Lastly you have the bunk room which has a twin over full bunk and another twin bed. The bunk room also has a kids cabinet full of magnet tiles, melissa and doug toys, and more! You can find a high chair in the front coat closet and pack-n-play in the master closet.

Before you checkout the back yard be sure to explore the office. We have a private office with full seclusion if you need to get some work done on your trip. The office is in the back of the house, has great natural light, indoor bike storage (for 1) and is also where you can find the shelving with outdoor yard games and firepit smore roasters. If you're traveling with your bikes we also have a storage shed in the back dedicated to bikes. Be sure to bring a lock with you to lock them up for the night so they'll be safe and sound.

You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a large wooded lot and has a grass covered backyard area making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the Blackstone grill on the back patio, stare at the firepit or enjoy one or many yard games we provide (disc golf, croquet, ladder toss, etc).

Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

*We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

*All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

*If you're traveling with your furry friends we ask that they aren't left unattended unless they're in a kennel (we provide 1 that we store in the shed), do not allow them on the furniture or beds, and please pickup pet waste before you leave.

*We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

*Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
