The property was conveniently located. The host was very responsive to questions. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equiped.

Thank you so much for your stay and for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear the location worked well for you and that you found the home comfortable and well-equipped. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we appreciate your kind words about our communication. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
I’ve stayed in one of their other properties and enjoyed it so I felt comfortable rebooking and it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, quick access to the highways and right next to the lovely Bolin Trail. The condo is clean with cute and comfortable bed linens, full baths upstairs and a useful kitchen for cooking. I would stay again and enjoy their easy and prompt communication when I have any questions.
The condominium was pristine and Andrea a delight to work with. She always responded to any questions very quickly and was most pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s easy to get to the college, the hospital, many restaurants, grocery stores, and down town Chapel Hill from this location. There are woods at the beginning of the property with a lovely walking trail. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the Chapel Hill area.

Very Basic
The property essentially has everything you need, but it’s more of a place for young adults. The furniture (couches, beds, chairs) is all very cheap and super uncomfortable. The pillows were all huge and over stuffed and also very uncomfortable. Whoever cleans could do a much better job-the floors were filthy and our socks had black bottoms in less than an hour; there was long hair everywhere- in the tub, in the beds, on the floor. I did let the host know but they didn’t respond to that portion of the message. It just felt uncomfortable-so uncomfortable my husband entertained ditching the reservation and staying somewhere else. There’s room for improvement for what I’m looking for, but this is very basic.

Hello Tara,
I appreciate the feedback. I am sorry you did not have a great experience. When you reached out about the cleaning issues, I asked if you could supply some pictures, you could not. I also asked if I could send a cleaner out to clean the floors again and take care of any other issues you had. You didn’t ever respond. It is hard to rectify a problem with one side not communicating. I do agree this is not the Omni hotel and we do not advertise it that way nor do we charge the rates that they do. Again, I am sorry this did not work out for you!!
We needed a place with a full kitchen, with a dining area, that was friendly to pets, and that was close to UNC for a weekend visit with our daughter, a UNC student. Going through the listings, this one looked like the best to fit our needs, even if it wasn't the least expensive and if it had one more bedroom than we needed.Wow, am I glad I chose this place! We arrived to find that the couch was already covered with a pet cover (printed with dachshunds, which is our breed), a dog bed on the floor, and with clean dog bowls ready for us. The kitchen was well appointed with a drip coffee maker, a hot water pot, a spike rack, pots, pans, drinkware, and tableware. The electric oven worked well for the entire weekend, and the refrigerator/freezer was spacious. There were lots extra rolls of paper towels, extra trash bags and generally everything we needed for our stay. The two bedrooms are upstairs, as are the washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bathrooms each have a shower-bath. The bedding was cute and each bed had four pillows plus an accent throw pillow, just as shown in the pictures. The mattress is a firm memory foam mattress, so your partner doesn't feel if you move around in your sleep. You are right on the Bolin Creek Trail, and there is a pool, tennis courts, and a dog run.Our host was very responsive to messages, so we always felt supported. Thank you Andrea Douglass and TriangleBNB for doing such a great job with this property!

About the host
Hosted by Andrea Douglass
I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who stumbled into the world of property management and real estate. It all began when I started renting out my personal properties as short-term rentals. I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
