Great beach house near Playa Negra surf spot

This was a great house and had really good access to the beach. I wish I had known that the master bedroom would be locked out, so we had to share bathrooms with the kids. There is a separate downstairs bedroom (accessed by exterior stairs) that was private and faces the ocean, but we wanted to stay with our kids in the main house.

Hi Josh, thanks so much for your feedback and so glad you enjoyed this house and its location. As a parent, easy to understand your needs traveling with young children. As listed, all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were all accessible for your entire stay. All bathrooms are shared as there is no en suite bath on the property. The ground level bedroom with king bed has its outside separate entrance and a separate bathroom and considered the principal private master suite. This property does have one bedroom locked off as private, there is no other bathroom in this locked bedroom, and all guests have full access to the listed 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs and 1 bedroom 1 bath on ground level. Great house, great location

We have been to Playa Negra several times and so far I think this has been our favourite house. The house comes with everything we needed for our two families of 4, complete with boogie boards and other beach equipment (very much appreciated). The kids loved the pool, and the easy access to the ocean. Everything on the property was clean and in great shape. Communication with their house manager was easy, she was very helpful with accommodating our check in and some things that were needed after check out. Much appreciated.
