Situado en una plaza con encanto en el centro de Cordoba, esta bonita casa puede acoger hasta 8 huéspedes. Tiene 3 plantas, 2 dormitorios, cocina totalmente equipada y baño en cada planta y magnificas vistas a una emblemática plaza cordobesa del siglo XV.
Nuestro barrio acoge a la mayoría de los monumentos y los mejores restaurantes de Córdoba, así que si visitas Córdoba esta casa es ideal.
Se encuentra justo en el centro del casco antiguo, con todas las atracciones de la ciudad cerca, con un montón de restaurantes y un par de pequeñas tiendas para abastecerse con lo básico.

Tiene una bonita terraza con vistas al casco antiguo, donde se puede disfrutar de una copa o cenar.

Beautiful little place in the heart of the old city. Beautiful woodwork and windows with modern bathrooms and attention to style made a wonderful blend if old and new. Parking is 2 blocks away and easy to accessand lots of restaurants steps from the door. A tight spiral staircase winds up to bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a 4th floor leading to the roof. It's very cool but the staircase was not the best setup for a 64 year old like me. The owner included a wonderful binder of local info with well marked maps as reference. Every detail was covered. This place is an amazing value!

Great location. Roof view was very nice. The small circular staircase was challenging. Bedrooms were up one or two flights. Laundry was on the roof.

Incredible Authentic Experience

With a building named in the novel Don Quixote just two doors down and a fountain outside the front door from the 15th Century, in the heart of the old city and just a 10 min walk to the historic Cordoba Mosque, the location could not be better (somehow there is a nice parking lot just a few minutes away, too). The home is clean and historic feeling, as well. When we return to Cordoba, wr will always stay here.

Great!

Comfortable space, the air conditioning was good and definitely welcome during our August visit. Host accommodated our early arrival by storing our bags so we could tour the city. This is a good property for folks with good mobility only since all bedrooms are upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean and smoke free.

Ein wenig sportlich sollte man sein um die Wendeltreppe bis zur Dachterrasse zu erklimmen. Aber ein wirklich schönes kleines Haus mit geschmackvollen Zimmern und die Mezquita als Top Sehenswürdigkeit liegt direkt ums Eck.

Arrived at a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, so Francisco drove us to an even nicer one for the same rate. Nicely located and decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice apartment

This is closer to 3.5 stars. The property is in a great location, about 5-10' easy walk to the cathedral, 100 yards to the river, 10 yards to the museum. The apartment is in good condition but is very very narrow; and the kitchen is limited and cooking for more than 1-2 persons would be quite challenging. The square outside the apartment is busy during the day and a souvenir stand is immediately adjacent to the property.

Great location

Perfect place to stay in Córdoba. Located on a square with a great fountain and local activity. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, and sights. Not suitable for handicapped as it has a winding staircase to the bedrooms and rooftop patio.

A Five Star Stay in a Wonderful City

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children spent 4 nights at this property ...we spent a good deal of time congratulating ourselves for having chosen this property over an out of town house with a pool...we were literally in the middle of the historic old town of Cordoba. The location could not have been better, with restaurants steps away, a supermarket less than 5 minutes and a local market for fruits , veggies etc about the same. the kitchen was tiny but very well equipped...we ate breakfast at home, went out and about, came home for late lunch and down time until the temp cooled a bit, then out for late afternoon exploring and late dinner. the only time we took the cars out of the gated parking which we did pay for was to take a day trip to Seville. The owner was out of town but his sub Pepe was very available and understanding when we had to be quite late due to car issues. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment might be that the picture is a bit deceptive in that the house is only a section of the building shown. It was small on the inside as well but well equipped , had excellent a/c. The bedrooms were on 3 levels but it worked well especially with bathrooms on all 3 floors. One of our kids said that this was way better than a hotel. We did the usual tourist things and especially enjoyed a performance of the Andalusian horses at the royal stables. A visit to the visitor's center was well worth the time. The exhibits were very interesting to get oriented and you can buy tickets for events right there. We also were glad to use a 2 day pass on the Hop on/Hop off bus not only to get around but to take a little walking break while still seeing the sights. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to feel a part of city from a wonderful location.

Beautiful town - wonderful apartment

Córdoba is so beautiful and the position of this apartment is fantastic. It is very clean and has everything you need. We walked everywhere. However the mini hop on off bus was also a great way to get our bearings to know where to walk back to! The apartment is in a wonderful plaza close to great eateries and galleries. It is large - but in a vertical way! The spiral staircase is not for the faint hearted!! On the bottom floor - ground level there is a lounge, dining table, kitchenette and toilet. Then there are 3 stories connected by a spiral staircase. First two have a bedroom with 3 single bedrooms and a bathroom on each and the top is the outside terrace - which is lovely. Even lovely enough that I braved it a few times and I am afraid of heights!! We would stay here again, and certainly will be back to Córdoba - it is one of our favourite places. However I wouldn't recommend this to my parents at 73 years even though they are pretty fit and active or people with children under 8 or those with a lot of luggage to take up stairs!!! If none of those criteria fit - then by all means stay and enjoy as we did!!

perfect house in cordoba

We were a group of 3 couples and spent 1 night in this house which is exactly as tidy, clean and beautiful as pictured. It is situated in an ideal, central location close to everything...but to find a parking place nearby was the most difficult thing for us-because of the feria taking place that specific week. Last but not least, I have to say that Francisco was a really nice host. He responded immediately in all of our questions. I would love to come back to Cordoba and stay in this house. Thanks for everything

Perfect House in Plaza del Potro

This 3 storey house is perfect for a stay in Cordoba. It is within walking distance of all the major tourist areas and has a row of excellent restaurant/bars just a few metres away. The house itself is very clean and well maintained and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is larger than it looks in the photos and will easily accomodate 4/6 for lunch or an evening drink. I would recommend this property to anyone although I would just mention that the spiral staircase could cause problems for anyone with a mobility problem.

Excellent location, totally recommended

It was easy to get in touch with Francisco and find the house. The garage he suggested is very close. The house is in perfect shape at a great location. It is just across two small art museums and a short walk to the Mesquita. The house has all the appliances and modern fixtures that you can think of, but they are cleverly hidden from view. You can cook if you want, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. Francisco speaks perfect English and works next door.

Suggestiva!

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, ben arredata, pulita, accogliente; situata in una bella piazzetta storica, nel centro città e vicina al bellissimo fiume. Ha alcune piccole pecche: è su tre piani diversi, più il terrazzino finale, collegati da una scala a chiocciola: molto divertente per i nostri figli, ma un po' scomoda, soprattutto se si vuole usufruire del terrazzino per mangiare (la cucina è al piano terra!). La cucina è molto carina, ma un po' piccola per chi, come noi in famiglia con bambini, volevamo utilizzarla spesso (sul piano cottura non entrano due pentole insieme). Il soggiorno-cucina è al piano terra, e vi si accede direttamente dalla piazza con una grande porta-finestra, per cui, se non si vuole che da fuori la gente guardi dentro casa, bisogna chiudere le imposte e l'ambiente diventa meno luminoso. Dal terrazzo il panorama è molto suggestivo ed è molto bello cenarvi o farci colazione. Nel complesso ci è piaciuta la posizione (la piazzetta è deliziosa) e anche la casa, ma non la consiglierei a chi ha bambini. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e preciso: anche se non poteva esserci al nostro arrivo (era in viaggio di nozze!), ci ha dato tutti i riferimenti della persona che lo avrebbe sostituito, e che a sua volta è stato cordiale, disponibile e puntuale.
