Disney vaca

Great location with short ride to all the parks. Resort amenities were great. Only drawback we encountered was washing machine was not functioning properly. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and close to parks!

The property was in a great location. It was clean and tidy it is not as updated as previous properties in nearby areas I have stayed but we wanted to be as close to the parks as possible without the Disney prices, which it was. The house had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Florida I the future.

Fun vacation

The house was great! My grandson was in the pool every day! Our name wasn’t on the list for check in so we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to sort it out at the security gate. We had an issue with the garbage disposal but couldn’t reach the property management on the weekend. Overall happy with our stay.

Convenient and comfortable townhouse.

Enjoyed a week's stay in April 2019. The property company were easy to deal with. The townhouse is ideally located within Windsor Hills. It has a bit more privacy in the pool, as it does not back onto another property, and is only a short walk to the main pool complex. We did not need pool heating. The house has everything you need. It is very close the Disney and about 30min from Universal. We also drove to Kennedy Space Centre for rocket launch, which was just over an hour.

Clean but no pool heater

The unit was mostly clean except for some stains on the carpet and the shower curtain in kid’s room had toothpaste and food stains. The unit did not have a working pool heater as promised and cold temperatures made private pool useless. The community pool did not have an social distancing or mask wearing. An employee even came up to us WITHOUT a mask to check if we were wearing pool bracelets.

We would have definitely visited your home to address the cleanliness, should we have been contacted. As far as the pool heat, I am sorry that you had some issues. Yes, we did find that the pool heater needs to be tended to and are working on that right now. I apologize that this impacted your stay. We will contact the resort to express the social distancing and mask wearing concern that you have mentioned. .

Splash Pool Perfection

Perfect home-base used for our family of three to visit the 3 Universal Parks. We thought the 11 year-old would enjoy the large pool and waterslides; however, the townhouse splash pool was the real star of the week. Happy I sprung for the pool heat even on 90 degree days it was comforting to not freeze upon entry. Personnel stopped by each morning to service the pool. Large Walmart and ample shopping nearby to fill the fridge with favorites and keep our family on budget. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary kitchenware. Attractive neutral decor and comfortable furniture. The Marvel room is super attractive for kids, even though we didn’t need to use it. Here are a few recommendations to further improve this rental property.An air fryer would be a great low cost addition to the kitchen. The toaster needs to be replaced. Only 2 of the 4 slices are operational. Most of the facets drip even when completely turned off. Some towels and linens need to be refreshed due to stains. The townhouse is due for a deep cleaning. We found previous guest’s dirty clothes under the couch cushion.
Private splash pool was serviced daily.
Comfortable and tasteful decor, not overly themed.
Adequate seating and entertainment space
All the comforts of home.

We love our location! It is a beautiful resort close to everything! A grill is not advertised in our listing. We offer grills as rentals in our description, but it has to be rented in order to have one. * Rental items available (e.g., 2 & 4 burner BBQs, cribs, pack n plays, strollers, high chairs etc.)

Wanted to love it

First let me start by saying communication with the property manager was amazing. They always got to me right away and answered all my questions. Pros: location. Sooooo close to Disney, Walmart down the street, the private heated pool, the space itself, the amenities of the property like the swimming pool and playgrounds were great. Cons: pots and pans are warped on the bottom made it hard to cook, when it rains the track where the sliding door is fills up with water including inside the house part, didn’t seem as clean as it could have been for example some brown splotches on the bathroom tile and the high chair seat cover sooooo dirty, and lastly we found some surprises in our beds which is the main reason for 3 stars. If those issues were not there then we would definitely stay here again but unfortunately this will be our one and only time.
