Communication was great check-in process was smooth. We live locally and needed a place to stay because of a busted pipe in our home so it was convenient to our kids school and after school activities. While recently renovated you can feel the bones of an older home. During our stay while it was some of the hotter days in Nashville, the AC unit struggle to keep up in the vents were collecting moisture that was dripping down on the bed. Also, because it is an older home or something else is going on there is a pretty musty odor on the first floor given the layout of the property being wooded area there are a lot of creatures running around that live in the woods. The beds are comfortable TVs in each room and some nicer amenities, like the arcade games and poker table full kitchen for extended stays.

Property is well maintained, listing was accurate, well stocked. Enjoyed the video games. Close to the softball field we were playing at.

Place was as it is listed. Nice,clean, and updated. Very pet friendly. Quick response from the host and was able to accommodate an extra night we needed.

It was okay

The house was redone but the air conditioning did not reach upstairs to the bedrooms. Only the downstairs was cool. Of the 3 bedrooms, only 2 fans were found, had to go buy another one to stay somewhat cool. In July in TN, A/C should work on the whole house. Parking was little and would suggest pavers from the parking to the house for walking. When the grass wasn’t mowed it was not as easy to walk.

This property fit the bill as far as our location and the number of people, but it was covered up in spiders. There were bug/spider traps in every room of the house. The traps were full of spiders when we checked in. None of the outside sitting areas were cleaned before we got there and the grass wasn’t mowed. The outside porches were full of spider webs. It wasn’t possible to sit outside on any them and enjoy. We were told it’s just part of the area… I would not recommend or dare return.

Overall great! Our new build was delayed so we stayed here for almost a month. Here are some more details. Press code and check (means * key).Gravel parking spaces 3-4.Someone came and mowed 2 weeks into our stay.No paved walk way from parking to entry, just grass. So it caused more dirt and leaves to be treaded inside. We are a no shoe household, so wiped the floor quite often during our stay.Stairs could use some grip, both kids slipped and fell. The house could use some bug spray or be sealed better to prevent so many bugs from entering.All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one main level. Shampoo/conditioner and hand soaps providedSeparate on site front load laundry/dryer shared with the rental house next door. Detergent and dryer sheets provided. No iron or ironing board.Fire pit but bring your own woodGrill no gas tank Fridge dispenses water and iceUpstairs patio had some dirt and leaves in which we broomed off.Outdoor dumpsters are located on the other side of the wood fence. We were walking around one day and found a creepy room in the back located on the other side of the laundry room. Never saw anyone else but heard loud music one night. Couldn’t tell if it was from that room or from the neighbors behind. Location was really close to Indian Lake shopping, Target and Krogers so that was a bonus.
