Rich and Stephanie are amazing hosts and super responsive! We had a great time at this exceptional home. It was so nice to be able to use the golf carts! We also love staying in this part of Cape Charles for access to the private beaches. It makes the stay so easy and enjoyable! We would certainly re-rent this property!

We had a great stay at The Strand. The host was very responsive. One of the golf cart was out of service for a portion of our stay but was fixed promptly after the host was notified. We would definitely stay here again.

Our accommodations were fantastic. The host & hostess communicated on point. Very close to the private beach, great for sunsets, although I preferred the public beach for swimming & paddle boarding. Much larger and has a handicapped ramp, also good for strollers & wagons. The town was charming with many cafes and great restaurants. My only gripe is that the pool was a good distance from the property. Shame they don’t have one in the development, All & all it was a fabulous week with my family. So many great memories- Thank you from the H family!

The house was great for our party of 10, ages ranging from 15 to 50. The pool table was a big hit as were the golf carts. I would recommend bringing beach towels since there were only 4 available. The pool and tennis courts were an adventure to find and we didn't end up using since they weren't as close to the property as the beach was. The community beach access was great. The hosts were great when we had a couple of issues mostly weather related. Glad we got to spend the week here!

Great stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The access to the pool and included golf carts were great additions to our stay. House was clean and had all the beach supplies we could ever need.

The house was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed and more. The hosts were extremely prompt in responding to any questions we had, and their communication made the entire experience seamless. Truly a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend!

Great house for a large group .They had everything we needed. Including beach chairs and beach towels. Golf carts are awesome to have and the resort is so cute.

Family getaway

Our stay was really enjoyable from the house convenient location to the activities in the house. While we spent most of the time at the beach, pool, or riding around in golf carts, we also enjoyed hanging out and playing pool and even doing puzzles at the house. Overall a great vacation we loved being in town but also within bay creek community.

My family had a wonderful stay at The Strand! The home was clean and comfortable. We loved all the amenities such as the pool table and ping pong table. We wished we had more time to use the golf carts but such a nice bonus to have included in the home. We walked down to the beach every night to watch the sunset and the views from the third floor are nice. Hope to return again when the weather is warm to use the other amenities included in your home. Thank you again!

Wonderful Time!

We were only there for a quick weekend mom’s getaway , but the time we had here was so peaceful and relaxing. The property is beautiful. Close to the beach and downtown . It was a great time all around .

Beautiful home in gated community

Wonderful place and location with many accommodations. So easy with the kids to not have to pack chairs or rent golf carts. Beds were very comfortable! Loved having the private beach option and paddle boards. Owners were so kind and responsive.
