As you will see, we have an unique water/city view home with plenty of room to accommodate multiple families or large groups.

HOUSE RULES:

- Check in after: 4:00 pm

- Check out before: 10:00 am

- 7 nights minimum: Saturday to Saturday ONLY

- 16 people maximum

- No pet/cat friendly: if so, there will be a $1,000 charge fee and immediate eviction

- No smoking inside the house: this is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. If so, there will be a $1,000 charge fee and immediate eviction

Provided Amenities:

Bedrooms: all 7 bedrooms have tvs, closets, nightstands by the beds.

Bathrooms: This home features 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms for maximum comfort and convenience. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

Kitchen: It is fully equipped that make it suitable for preparing any meal, whether it is a simple breakfast, quick snack, or dinner.

Parking:

- Car’s parking won't be a problem! There's plenty of space for vehicles at the house.

- Boat parking: we do have a deck available included in the price for its use, but it has regulations; so please contact the host before making your reservation.

- Security: The property has outdoor security cameras that were added for protection. Cameras facing the entrance and back of the house 24/7.
