The Space:
I personally lived in this sweet little spot for over a year and I absolutely loved it. I’ve color drenched the entire space in a deep green and furnished it with really special vintage pieces from all around LA.

At roughly 300 square feet, the studio is small but mighty. It has everything you could need. Including lots of fun games for a night in. The yard is shared with the front house and next door Tiny Home. It’s a really special little spot.

Guest Access:
There are three living spaces here at Melrose Space: The Slytherin Studio or NomadPad (where you will be staying), the Tiny Home next door, and the Casita/Main House in the front. THE BACK YARD IS A SHARED SPACE.
You can access the studio through the side gate. It’s very private and all of my guests get along great. The door to the studio is smart and will open with the personal code you receive when you book.
The Laundry Shed is only shared with the Tiny Home next door. The front house has its own laundry.
The Neighborhood:
Honestly, you’re right at the intersection of 4 awesome neighborhoods. Just minutes North is Hollywood, East is Larchmont, South is Hancock Park and West is Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The neighborhood is residential, family friendly, and very WALKABLE.

Getting Around:
We are literally feet from Melrose Ave.
Parking: you’ll have 1 pass which allows you to park on the street. But there is also non-permit parking along side streets if you look.
Metered Parking: There is also metered parking along Melrose that is free past 6pm (check signs)
Scooters: Bird, Lyft, and Lime are all fun apps you can download to use scooters to get around.
Uber/Lyft: Use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving.
Subway: Believe it or not, we have a subway! Uber to the subway in Hollywood and get back and forth to places like Downtown without getting stuck in traffic!
