New construction. Open spacious floor plan, large master with en-suite master bath, dresser and 2 closets. Guest bedroom also has large closets and a dresser for storage. Comfortable seating and dining options. Fully stocked kitchen. Full size in-unit washer and dryer.

Comfortable condo in a convenient location.

This upcoming neighborhood is conveniently located within walking distance from downtown and easy access to the 101. Across the street is the SLO Co-op which provides all the grocery basics, and around the corner is Taste Eatery for a delicious and convenient meal.
