*Must be adults over the age of 26 to rent our home. No prom or senior week rentals.

Excellent location, only 3.5 blocks to Wildwoods beautiful beach and boardwalk. Many of your seashore hot spots are within walking distance. If you wish, you can park your car and never move it for your entire vacation.

Our home it tastefully decorated with a nice open floor plan and painted with calming coastal colors. High top table with seating for six centrally located in the kitchen. Large wrap around counter design. Tons of kitchen cabinets! The kitchen is stocked with all the conveniences you will need for your vacation. Stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, Keurig single cup coffee maker and regular coffee maker, pots and pans, griddle, toaster and much more…

**Our home is the entire second floor.
The family room is perfect for kicking back after a tough day at the beach. There are three large sofas in the living room. Two of the sofas are New Williams Sonoma (Pottery Barn) Down sofas. The third sofa is a High End Birch Lane Down queen sleeper. Adjacent to the kitchen is Tommy Bahama reading chair. There is a 55"" Smart TV in the living room.

We supply toilet paper and paper towels for the beginning of your stay. You are responsible for the rest of the week.

**Please bring your own linens, towels and beach towels and paper products for the rest of your stay.

*The main bedroom has a queen bed with large lighted closets and ceiling fan. Master bath with custom tile throughout.

*Bedroom two has a Queen bed and a twin fold away bed tucked in the closet. Nice size closet and ceiling fan.

* Bedroom three has a Berg top of the line bunk bed with side steps. Top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a full. Also in the room is a twin bed. Ceiling fan. Nice size closet. Center hall full bath has custom tile.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #2 also has a queen bed. Plus fold away twin bed in closet
Bedroom #3 has two twins with a pull out trundle.
Living room has a Queen Sleeper sofa for two.

* Please note that area rugs are switched out during cleanings.

Parking in driveway for two cars. In a pinch, if your cars are smaller you can fit three.

Our home is on the second floor and there is a large set of steps which lead you to the entrance of our condo. No elevator. Please be aware in case someone in your party is unable to use steps.
Outside deck with seating for four. Perfect for your morning coffee.

There is an outside shower to rinse off after a tough day at the beach.

Our stay was amazing. The owners were such a pleasure to work with. They are efficient, thorough and communicate well. The house is as cozy as it is beautiful. All of the amenities are high quality, so no need to worry about breaking cheaply made things. Being able to walk to the boardwalk was priceless, especially for our foreign relatives, who did not have a car. I can't speak highly enough about this property, the owners, or our stay here. Our vacation was everything we hoped it to be, and then some. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The love within it is evident. From the practical usage of space, to quality furnishings, and beyond we can't speak highly enough of our stay here. We will definitely return to this house in the future if it is available.
