10 minutes to Bar Harbor
To ensure that all guests seeking a quieter getaway and are able to enjoy a tranquil experience, no children under 12 or pets  are permitted.  
This cottage is 220 sq ft with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and small sitting area and deck.
Free Parking.
Single Queen Bed. 
Bathroom is private with a tub/shower and the kitchenette is furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee kettle, and hotplate.
Utensils, dishes, glasses and cooking pots are provided.  Cottage has a picnic table,  heat, and air conditioning.
Linens and Towels provided.
Shared outdoor kitchen with grills (charcoal & propane) & lobster cooker.
Historical Barn/Common Space

What a Hidden Gem!

My mother and I enjoyed our the location of our stay better than Bar Harbor. The beach access and view, was amazing! Cottages are peaceful and relaxing. Will be back next year.

We love to hike, bike and boat but most of all we love good food and meeting new people. We purchased business in 2017 but cottages have been here since 1936.
