Located on the north side of Balboa Ct. the patio has full exposure to the sun all day. The patio in the rear has an outdoor shower and natural gas BBQ. 4 bikes are provided for cycling on the Boardwalk. The kitchen has all the appliances.

Great Stay

The property was great! Loved the space and the garage and two patios. Location was awesome as well. Would definitely stay again

Great location, comfortable, spacious.Bikes were available, but did not have locks as listed in description. Three had locks requiring keys, which were not provided. The other 3 had no locks.Beach umbrella had broken/missing tines. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards available. Overall, a great place to stay!
