Located in the middle of Tampa and Orlando, you'll love this beachy home. Stocked with a coffee bar, soaps for showering, a large pool and backyard you'll feel right at home. The game room houses an air hockey table and retro games on the tv for fun with the whole family! Our large living room is perfect for game nights too. There are 3 bedrooms (one queen, one full and one bedroom with versatility). In. our versatile 3rd bedroom, you can change the room to better suit your needs, want a king bed? Simply pull out the day bed and throw the extra twin on top. Need three twin beds? Separate the day bed and pull out the trundle! The game room also has a futon and a bean bag chair that folds out into a full bed mattress. Close to S Florida Avenue and Lakeside Village, all of your food and fun are just minutes away!

Our family had a great time staying here!! Our small children loved the pool and were constantly playing in the game room! Host was always available and ready to help if need be! Beds and bathrooms were great! So thankful for the washer and dryer as well!

The property was excellent, very clean and very well maintained, easy to check in and check out. The Host was available for questions and responded very quickly. Nicely situated and close enough to all the action. There is a really nice bike trail nearby that we used often. Lakeland is a great place to visit, lots of history and lots of things to do. This property made all of that so much more enjoyable. We would definitely like to stay here again next year.

The host Monica is absolutely amazing. Any questions I had, she responded ASAP. Communication was fantastic. We had an issue and Monica went into action to help us. If I am ever in Lakeland area again, I will rent this property again. The property had such a nice, homey vibe.

Weekend theme park get away

This property holds a lot of value. We were looking for something central to Tampa & Orlando. This location was a great fit. Clean, with lots of room for all our family members. Nice quiet area.
