Welcome to this charming house in Lakeland. This marvelous property features 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed room. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. An additional living room space with a comfy futon provides extra relaxation space. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Great location , quiet neighbors, accommodations was super , very relaxing stay! When we go back to Lakeland this location will be our first choice if available. Everything worked as it should .

Great VRBO stay. They house was clean and welcoming from start to finish. The owner was quick with communication and accommodating to our needs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and many extra's. Lots of newer updates to the home and it really did feel like home away from home. I cannot wait until our next trip to Lakeland to stay again! Breeze of the Lakes retreat is now on my favorites list.

The house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of pots and pans, glasses, etc. Everything was nice and clean, comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place. The location worked well for us. Only a couple of minor things - we came at dusk, so it was dark inside and the first door when you come in has a step down that isn't marked. My wife took a tumble in the dark. Besides that and a sink that didn't drain it was a nicely decorated, well stocked place.

I have no hesitation to stay here again. It was SUPER clean. The owner doesn't skimp and truly tries to make the environment like home. We stay in lots of VRBOs and this place stands above the rest, it shows that the owner cares and keeps the place nice!The layout is great, enough beds and room for our family to spend time with our Lakeland Grandma. The porch is very nice and the foosball/pool table was a center of activity for the kids. The lighting was very nice in the house, including the lighting in the bathrooms. The bathrooms were so well kept and it was so nice to use them!The pictures are not able to show that a person will take one step down into the bunkbed room. It isn't dangerous but I could see if you weren't expecting it and it was dark you may not expect it. My kids loved that room and the beds were a big hit.Oh, the pictures also don't show that the closet space is great in every room! That was a great perk as well! One other note. Our crew had to do cooking each meal because of food allergies. This kitchen was very well equipped and made it a pleasant stay. Gas stove!! A normal size fridge!! New or at least very well kept utensils/cooking tools/pots and pans (other places I have stayed don't keep standards high)...so many things that made it easy to prepare meals. This VRBO was such a blessing to us! Thank you Breeze of the Lakes retreat, you are named well.
