Included property amenities: gated security, two pools (one is heated), hot tubs, full gym, sauna, two tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, sand volleyball, grill areas, horseshoe, dog park, laundry center, and more. The beautiful Yacht Club has a pool, hot tub, pier, library, and second floor bar EXCLUSIVE to residents with regularly scheduled (FUN) events!

The beautiful white sandy beaches are a 15 minute drive, easily accessible via a straight drive west on 54th Ave. S. to Gulf Blvd.

Wonderful host and location

The host is amazing and the location is the best. Pool and clubhouse is great. The view of Tampa Bay and the Skyline bridge is the best!

The Best Vacation Ever!

I can not say enough about staying at Chelsea and Adam's home! From the moment we walked in, the views take your breath away! The place was clean and decorated nicely. I can't say enough about Chelsea's hospitality and quick response to any call. It was the best vacation at the best spot in St. Petersburg!

The condo could have been cleaner. Found something behind the pillow on the couch that was really gross!! The furniture on the deck needs to be replaced. When you moved the furniture, there was rust all over. Had to sweep it up a couple of times. The yacht club was beautiful.

Perfect in so many ways

Celebrating our 20th Anniversary without kids! We loved everything about this place. Scenery was amazing from sunsets to dolphins to the decor. Can’t wait to come back.

Very Comfortable with Amazing Views

First, let me say that we enjoyed every minute of our vacation here! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we could have asked for. The beds were comfy, and it was so nice sleeping with the windows open and ceiling fans on. The amazing views from the decks were the real stars of the show here! We enjoyed having our coffee outside and saw dolphins almost every morning and evening. Gorgeous sunrise on the smaller of the decks and sunset views on the larger one, with tropical birds everywhere! The location was great and we had fun exploring St. Pete. Don't miss the St. Pete Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. Snorkeling, boat tour, museums, beaches, restaurants all within 30 minutes of the condo. We ran out of time before we ran out of things to do and see. Chelsea was the perfect hostess. She thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from the cooler, fishing pole and chairs we could use at the beach, to the binder filled with area attractions and restaurants. The pool and spa were lovely as well. All in all, it was one of the best vacations we've had. Thank you, Chelsea, for sharing your piece of paradise, we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

Chelsea is a pleasure to rent from... from initial through final contact. Her thoroughness in explaining what a visitor needs to know will put your mind at ease so that you can relax and enjoy her space and the views. My family (two younger girls) would definitely rent again. She has a beautiful condo in an even more beautiful location with views of Tampa Bay, Sunshine Skyway Bridge, cruise ships, and more. Dolphins were in our view too. Chelsea has essentially thought of everything with all that is available for use. From excellent wifi and cable to the large variety of kitchen items to the ample closet space to the beach chairs and fishing pole, we appreciated having so much available for use. She also has provided a binder of local restaurant menus and recommendations along with additional helpful information. We found the larger community quiet, friendly, and full of amenities. Our girls especially enjoyed the main pool (which has a great view of the bay too). Any activity we had planned (Fort Desoto Park, St. Petersburg Beach, drive across Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Tropicana Field, etc.) was a short drive from her condo. And the drive between Tampa International Airport and Chelsea's condo is quite manageable. We visited the Tampa/St. Petersburg area primarily for a beach vacation and made an outstanding choice staying here.

Better than we could've imagined!

This condo made our honeymoon incredible! It was homey and had everything we could possibly have needed for the week. The balcony was definitely our favorite part. We spent mornings and evenings out there and were able to see sting rays and dolphins swimming right below! The beds were comfortable, the complex was peaceful, and Chelsea had a very helpful binder full of restaurant ideas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Everything we assumed and so much more!

The description of the condo, community and view were exactly as depicted - we saw dolphins from one of the two balconies the very first morning and my husband was able to start and finish every day by casting a line just steps from our door. The owner's taste and personality come through very clearly in the furnishings - which included everything we could've needed for our stay and more. I've stayed at other VRBO properties and this was a gem - the owner was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, helpful and we couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. Looking forward to booking this property again!

Great place, clean, comfortable and relaxing

We loved our week long stay, sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean watching the boats and dolphins was the best part. Great pools especially the one overlooking the gulf. The only negative is it's hard to go back home. Already looking forward to renting it again.

"Million Dollar Views"

We absolutely loved our stay in Chelsea's home. The views off of each of the two decks are even better than the photos suggest. To start and end your day looking out at the water, seeing the birds and dolphins, watching the palm trees sway in the wind ... it is as relaxing and calming as can be. Chelsea's unit has everything you need to enjoy your time there. Plus, she is great to deal with. Finally, the city of St. Petersburg is extremely fun, lots of great places to eat and enjoy happy hour, the museums are excellent and biking along the water can't be beat. We hope to be back again and again.

Very nice stay

Great view! get sunrise and sunset. Nice balconies. Spacious bedrooms, lots of storage space. The amenities in the community are very nice also. Gym/workout area is excellent. Only about 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete. Appreciated that we could bring our cats.

Beautiful Views, Great Amenities, Close to everything!

We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our vacation. The view from the unit was unbeatable, and all the amenities we could ever have needed were provided! The complex even had some fun events - taco night, slider night, etc., at the bar! We were just a short drive from downtown St. Pete and loved spending evenings there. We were also close to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, which is a MUST DO! Chelsea couldn't have been more helpful in preparing us and giving us all the info to make our stay stress-free and easy. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Very nice view from the balcony. Daily visits from dolphins and plenty of good fishing right out the back door. Its located close to just about anything you would need. The place was very clean and neatly decorated. Chelsea was an awesome host. She kept in contact and genuinely cared about us having the best stay possible. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful unique getaway

While in town, I combined a few days of business with a weekend of pleasure, staying at Chelsea's getaway. The unit was immaculately clean, filled with anything you can imagine and need, and decorated in a very unique manner. I loved sitting out on the balcony. Our last day there, we watched a dolphin swimming very nearby in the water. Can't wait to return.

wonderful view and very relaxing

We liked really a lot the City and the Place. The view is wonderful!!! Very comfortable and relaxing. Very nice swimming pool. I 'll came back again in St Pete and if available i surely will chose this place to stay.

Great location and very comfortable

This 2 bedroom units is very clean and comfortable. Pool area was excellent and the views of the bay area peaceful. I strongly recommend this unit and Chelsea was a perfect host.

"Slice of Paradise"

We stayed two months at Chelsea's condo and cannot say enough about it. The view was incredible. We saw Dolphins every night some came right up to the bulkhead, along with manatees, and all kinds of fish.The pelicans and egrets became our daily visitors while fishing. My husband is a fisherman and he just had to go down the stairs and throw in a line. He caught gray snapper, flounder, mangrove snappers, and Black Sea bass which provided a couple of deiisious meals. Chelsea is a wonderful hostess and we would be going back in 2017 but the condo was already booked. If we had a problem Chelsea responded immediately. We would rate the condo very highly and recommend to anyone. Chelsea has a book with restaurants that we used frequently and were never disappointed. We made many friends as the community is very friendly. Mary Anne and Dave

Beautiful Ocean View

This was a beautiful place to stay for our week in St. Petersburg. We even saw Dolphins from our deck where we ate several meals. I cannot say enough about this place! We hope to come back soon. It is best if you have rental car to get back and forth but it was ten minutes from downtown.

Awesome vacation spot!!

What a cool place to spend a month or two or the whole winter. I loved this location, right on the water with amazing views of both sunrise and sunset. A wide variety of birds and Dolphins are daily visitors; so close they seem to be right in the living room. Two decks will keep you in the sun all day and let you enjoy stars at night. The unit itself is a fun eclectic collection of art pieces, furniture and fixtures. I have to add these were the most comfortable beds we've run across in years of renting. The owner seems to have thought of about everything you might need during your stay. Everything is high quality including the large TV and kitchen appliances and fixtures. I would highly recommend renting this unit, but not when I want it again :).

Another great stay - great view - great property

We were back for the 2nd time this year and this time took in the place for a total of 9 days and 8 nights. We found the place the same as before and didn't have any issues of note. The two bedrooms are good size and there is plenty of room for two couples to enjoy the place without being on top of each other. The view is fantastic and this trip the weather was warm enough to take in the pool area in the complex and worked out well. The owner is very easy to work with and everything went off without a hitch. When we find ourselves headed back to the St. Pete area we will stay here again for sure.

The Best Kept Secret! Great Find!

This place is a GEM! We absolutely loved it. The condo is 10 feet away from the shores of Tamp Bay. A lot of windows in the condo providing gorgeous views and beautiful sunshine every day. Each day we saw dolphins swim by.... began and ended the day with a swim in the heated pool that overlooks the bay. Chelsea is very attentive and takes great pride in making sure you are well taken care of.... We wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to our next visit here. I highly recommend it!!!!!!

Quiet and Pretty

We stayed here with out little dog and it was lovely. The view really is spectacular and the area is very well maintained. It is very close to the heart of St. Petersburg and it has lots of parking right outside the unit. It is well appointed and furnished very cozily. And it's extremely clean, that is super. Chelsea was always prompt with any questions we had. It's a great place with or without a dog! Lots of space to walk your pet and the complex even provides poop bags!

Great views, great location

We stayed at Chelsea's property off-and-on for two months over the summer. Her place has great views of Tampa Bay and has been reasonably well-maintained. The 2 bedroom/2 bath layout was also a plus. The bay holds a great deal of wildlife (dolphins, many varieties of birds) which can be seen from the kitchen table or if you venture out to the balcony. The St. Petersburg location worked very well for us as it is easily accessible to downtown (museums and restaurants were great) and the Sky Bridge. It is a nice, quiet location. The views were very peaceful. Chelsea was also very welcoming and accommodating and ensured we were taken care of.
