Escape to paradise in this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Oceana, located on the 2nd floor with stunning beach views from your private balcony! Relax in a stylish, updated living/dining area with comfortable furnishings and a lovely kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and elegant finishes, complete with dishes, utensils, and cookware so you can cook up your favorite meals with ease. Unwind in the master bedroom with a luxurious King bed, large TV, attached bathroom, and direct access to the private balcony. The cozy guest bedroom features a Queen bed, perfect for family or friends.

Oceana consists of 2 buildings, the WEST building which is Gulf/Beach side and the EAST building which is Bay side. Each building has a pool (seasonally heated), pool deck with chairs and hot tub for use. As a guest, you will have access to both!

The Provident Oceana Resort is a newer property in Treasure Island, FL built in 2019, consisting of a Beachfront Building and a Bayside Building.
Each building has a pool and hot tub for guest use. Be sure to watch our famous Florida Sunsets from an amazing Roof Top Sunset and Observation Deck on the 7th floor of the Beachfront Building. The view is simply stunning!

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Great location and set up for small family

We had a very pleasant stay, overview of property was very accurate. Well appointed kitchen, access to beach perfect. Chair and umbrella rental available right in front. Bed linens were clean, but just ok.

We had everything we needed. We were able to rent cabanas and chairs on the beach. Easy access to restaurants and Publix! Fortunately, other than the pool, Oceana is open for getaways! It will take time for Treasure Island to fully recover.

The kitchen, living room, and balcony were great. The bathrooms had spacious showers. The mattress in the primary bedroom needs replacing, and there was an odor coming from somewhere. Maybe the carpet? View was perfect.

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING

The stay was a bit pricey, but we anticipated that when we decided to stay beachfront. We frequently stay at pricey beach rental properties, and have come to expect certain amenities. This rental 1) had the most basic cable package, 2) didn't have a smart TV or a stereo 3) lacked common cleaning supplies, 4) didn't have a "Things to Do" book or directions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi, 5) was not cleaned to acceptable standards (windows were filthy and the toilets pretty bad. All in all...pretty disappointing.

Great Location

Being Floridians we enjoy our beaches. We try to stay at the beach 1 week a year every year. This condo offers good amenities and a great view of those wonderful Florida sunsets! We had just a couple minor hiccups. The ceiling fans were covered in dust and it looked like snow falling when turned on (dust falling). So we had to clean 2 of the 3 fans and that fixed that problem. Problem #2 was both showers only trickled out water, requiring us to call the office who sent out a handyman who promptly took the heads off and cleaned them up and we were back in business. Beautiful place would definitely rent again. Lots of restaurants close by and many activities besides the beach, pool and jacuzzi. Had a great time.

Kitchen and property management

The description of the property indicated fully equipped kitchen. I realize this is open to interpretation but the kitchen di not have anything that could be put in the oven,,,no cookie sheet, pyrex, nothing. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and was told they they only manage the property and not the inside of the units and that I had to reach out somewhere else....not at all helpful, we ended up buying something to use

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceana 202w was just perfect. The condo was so clean and the check in was a breeze. Friendly staff in their office. It was very quiet and easy access to the beach. Convenient to any place you wanted to go and eat and grocery store close by. Kitchen was stocked with things to cook with. The beach was never over crowded and that’s what we were looking for most of all. We have been going to Panama City Beach, Florida for over 30 years and it has become so crowded to get a spot on the beach and so much traffic. No traffic and got right into restaurants, in Treasure Island, Florida. We will be returning again!

Convenient and Nice!

The property is conveniently located to some nice restaurants, grocery, and shops. The view is very nice and we really enjoyed the deck. Would have been really nice to have bigger table w more chairs for meals on the deck - as the weather was seasonable. The TVs did not allow for streaming w/o HTML cords which was a little annoying since pretty much EVERYONE streams. No extra blankets so be sure to bring some in addition to sheets and better pillows. The property does NOT allow access to hot tub and pool after 9pm - which again, would consider adjusting especially on the weekends. One request - replace the sofa - it’s time. Very uncomfortable and the sleeper was horrific. The cushion and frame is worn. Overall, a nice stay.

DOUBLE BOOKED our room

The Check in experience was a nightmare sending us to another location because they closed early. Once at the other location they couldn’t find our reservation. They finally gave us a key & we went to the room & someone else was already staying there. We went back to the desk & they said they didn’t know how to help us. This had never happened before. They called someone on the phone & they still couldn’t give us an answer. Said someone would call us which they never did & we had to find other accommodations for our family (My wife & I & our 2 kids & our dog). We called VRBO & they started a case but have never heard back. We called the Rental Resort 3 times & they said they are looking into it.

Good but could be cleaner

I personally do not review since there’s always pros and cons but this one needs a review. Let’s start with the pros: great location close to Publix and restaurants, the property is right on the beach. Pool is small for those who prefer it. The unit is nicely furnished but not as clean as it should be. Cons: overall building is clean elevator smelled really bad. The unit needs better cleaning, the AC filter has not been changed in months, i’m surprised the AC unit is even still working. The drawers extremely dirty could not even put my clothes away. The bathroom sinks are clogged usually takes about 30 minutes for them to drain. Water pressure is very low when showering. All the lamps are massively dirty. The property is pet friendly and lots of evidence of dog pee including the bedsheets which we had to take off and wash.

Perfect location

Location within Treasure Island couldn’t have been better and ocean frontage was just as promised. The condo was very clean and had everything to get us started. The sign in the master bathroom stated towels could be exchanged, however, that was not the case since it was rented by the owner instead of Oceana management. Overall, we would definitely rent there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather and beach were great. Condo furniture leaves a LOT to be desired. Sofa and chair are unacceptable. I had read in the reviews that the unit was not clean. I contacted the owner and asked that they make sure the room was clean when we arrived as we were not bringing a pet. When we arrived it appeared as if the unit had not been cleaned. There was DOG FOOD on the floor in the living room, sand in the shower and the sheets were not clean. We asked for a cleaning and they finally made it out the next afternoon. The sofa is also in very poor condition. If you are planning on needing to use the sofa bed, do not stay here. We needed it and it was not fit to sleep on. That being said, the property location is awesome! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as the pool and hot tub. Those amenities do close at 9:00 pm, which is very inconvenient when you have teenagers. It would be nice if they stayed open later. I would recommend getting a different unit at this same property, going through Provident Oceana. That way you can get any issues taken care of onsite. Plus, you can then also get clean towels, etc. if needed during your stay. At this unit I was told to go buy detergent and wash them myself. Not what I want to do on vacation. When I expressed my displeasure, they did end up bringing me towels which I appreciated but said that was an exception. This unit needs some TLC. I would not stay here again unless they have replaced the sofa and hired a new cleaning service. But I would definitely stay at Oceana again! The location was perfect.

Building location is wonderful but.Unit needs better accommodations

1. TV stand and balcony table. Both are in poor condition and in need of replacement. Balcony is large and could use better furniture. 2. Other than a dirty broiler pan and a pizza sheet, there was no cookware to use in the oven. How about investing $15 for a piece of Corningware. 3. The “steak knives” are the poorest quality I have seen. 4. The chair in the living room is very worn and the sofa is not comfortable. How about a few throw pillows? 5. Staying here 4 weeks (or even if a few weeks) the floors get dirty and there was no type of mop and small bucket to clean with. Two brooms and two dustpans though. 6. The toaster should be updated. It quickly burns one end of whatever you put in it. 7. The blankets on the beds seemed very industrial like. Not very good quality. 8. The living room “coffee table” is the size of the “end tables”. 9. Traffic is very heavy in area and they seem to speed
