This professionally decorated home in South Palm Desert has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom has an upgraded luxury King mattress and brand new 50" LG Smart TV. The main bedroom is a spacious luxury suite with a king bed, desk, loveseat, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large walk in closet and separate access to the private backyard. Two more bedrooms in the home each have king beds, dressers and generous closet space. The second bathroom has a tub/shower with sliding glass doors. Guests have full access to an upgraded washer and dryer inside of the home.

The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with expansive counter space and cabinetry, as well as upgraded stainless steel appliances. Well-equipped for cooking at home, the kitchen has an abundance of dishes and flatware, pots & pans, and small appliances such as a juicer, food processor, crock pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, and drip coffee maker.

The dining area has a beautiful mid century modern dining table that seats 6 comfortably as well as a media console with a state of the art Marshall Acton III bluetooth speaker and Crosley Cruiser Record Player. Connect your phone to the bluetooth speaker or enjoy a hand-selected record from our eclectic vinyl collection.

The living area has an impressive LG 77" OLED C3 Series TV paired with a Sonos Arc Soundbar- turning the living room into a sensational theater experience whether you are watching one of your favorite movies or your favorite sports team. The large luxurious Kreiss down-filled sectional can comfortably accommodate an entire family or a group of friends. Just below the tv, enjoy a cozy and romantic gas fireplace.

When you're not on one of the many world-renowned golf courses in the area, you can still play at home on the famous Golden Tee Arcade1Up game! You can also compete alone or with friends on the 2 person Pac-Man Arcade table.

Step outside into a private backyard with your own private pool and spa. Enjoy multiple entertaining zones outside, including a bar table overlooking a 50" outdoor LG TV with a Weber propane grill. Spa heating is included in this rental from 6PM-10PM nightly. If you would like the pool heated for your stay or extra hours for the spa heating, there is an additional fee associated and management must be notified at least 24 hours prior to check in.

Two dogs under 50 lbs each are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee per pet and with prior approval by management.

Any unauthorized pets will result in an automatic deep cleaning fee.
