We were in town for a wedding, and the location was perfect, just minutes away from everywhere we needed to go and in off time it was close to the pier and some go to locations for lunch and drinks. Check in/out was very easy. The place was as expected, clean, and had everything we needed. The one difficult part was the driveway. We had two cars, a small car and a small suv and parking was tight and the driveway is on a slant. If our cars were any bigger we wouldn’t have fit. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay & nicely pointed house. We really enjoyed the area of town. Normally we stay in South Wellfleet & what a nice change to be closer to the downtown area. Delmar management did a great job of taking care of any needs. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great pet friendly cozy home

While touring the east coast over two weeks, the 3 days we stayed here turned out to be a calm I did not know I needed. Great neighborhood very close to shops and food. Look forward to a stay there in the future.

Our mistake booking a house that was so small. Location was great. The dryer was missing a ball bearing and made an ungodly noise. Called the host sent someone over he agreed with our assessment but could not fix it. Called host to complain the water filter was dirty , immediate response again came but could not fix it because he didn’t have the right wrench. We should have demanded some money back but we didn’t.

Clean, comfy little house.

Secluded, quiet, wooded neighborhood, but only minutes from the village and beaches. The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. Visited three years, and am planning a fourth.
