En el complejo privado Aviana, con excelentes comodidades, que incluyen piscina, spa, gimnasio, centro de negocios, voleibol de arena, parque infantil y putting green. Esta excelente casa de vacaciones tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, un dormitorio principal en la planta baja con cama King y baño principal en suite. Arriba hay otras 3 habitaciones Queen, cada una con su propio baño en suite, además de 2 habitaciones más con 2 camas individuales cada una y su baño compartido. ¡Mucho espacio para hasta 12 invitados para aprovechar al máximo su visita a Florida!

Golf Getaway

House was as advertised. Some upgrades needed but overall it was great. We wouldnt mind booking again for next year. Great communication with the host and location near top.golf courses didn’t hurt either. Thanks.

Great time really nice house we definitely enjoy the pool and hot tub it was amazing!

Everything was good the only thing we encountered was that one of the bathtubs was plugged, which the manager offered to get it fixed right away.

Great property

The house was absolutely great some minor things here and there but once I communicated my concerns the property manager was amazing and always replied black!! The location was good just Walmart was a pain cause of traffic other then that our stay was everything we asked for and more…

Do not stay here

Do not stay here — completely disappointing.The property was dirty upon arrival, the water reeked of sulfur, and the kitchen was barely stocked — most dishes were either missing or damaged. Only one TV worked; the rest were completely non-functional. There were no basic supplies like soap or shampoo provided. It was clear this place had not been properly maintained or prepared for guests. Worst of all, on the final day, the management company decided to chlorinate the pool without any notice, making it unusable and ruining the end of our stay. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this property.

Home away from home

Was a very nice modern home. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. We loved the pool and spa. The only negative thing, it was very limited on cooking pans, one skillet . Not enough toilet paper, no condiment, salt, pepper, or anything else. After a trip to the store, we were set to go. Everything else was great.

2019 Disney family trip

My family enjoyed all of the accommodations of this home to the fullest extent of our vacation. Plenty of room for my family of 13 .The home was clean ,well stocked with most of Kitchen appliances that are a must have. Plenty of towels were provided also. The pool upon our arrival needed attention I called the next day and the pool guy was sent right out. Management was very nice and helped with everything I needed. My only negative thing I would say is more tissue is needed in the bathrooms, other than that I would recommend this home and stay here again.

Extra add ons galore

Where do we start. Let's start with the required sending a your picture with you holding your id, weird. This is told only after you have paid. I was as also told that it was required and if not complete then I'd be refunded(minus 200 that goes to VRBO). So that was a big strike, gave in and did it anyhow. A few days before the trip I get a message from the manager asking if I wanted to pay 25 a day extra to have to the pool and the cool tub heated. In the ad it says optional, no mention of a fee, but in the contract (ya sign after payment) it says for the fee. That's my bad on not reading the contract but their bad on either not mentioning the fee in the ad. We paid 2400 for the vacation and now wanting to add an additional 250 was a no go for me. However, the pool and NOT hot tub were cold even with temps being in the 80s so one of our house guest offered to pay for the last three days.Also if you want a grill it's 85 for the stay another add on. It's pretty obvious these places (the community) are ran on a low budget and not well kept, the "gym" is not a gym, it's a few dumbbells, a completely broken multi unit, and some machines to do cardio(I didn't try those no idea if they work). The house, Plenty of rooms was the only good thing. The games in garage are all broken, pool table legs are just propped under. I personally wouldn't recommendor stay here again.

Huge house!!

This house is very large and can accommodate larger families, or groups. The walls needed a little paint, and carpet upstairs could use a good shampooing. But other than that, the house was extremely clean and the kids spent almost the entire time in the pool. Great view.
