This family dupleix apartment is located close to the metro Passy at the top two levels of an Art Nouveau building with elevator on a small lane with nearly no traffic. It has an amazing Eillel Tower view from most rooms, an A/C unit in every bedroom and a large balcony.
The lower level opens to a large living room furnished with family antics, a fully equipped kitchen , the master bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom with separate toilet. At this level only the living room has the Eiffel Tower view.
From the living room you climb thru a private staircase to the upper level when you can find three bedrooms , each one with its A/C unit, a full bathroom with washer, dryer and separate toilet and another half bathroom with shower. Each room upstairs have a view of the Eiffel tower.
The apartment comes with free WIFI and cable TV. Passy is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of food shops, bistrots and restaurants. there is a farmers markets 800 meters away open every day except monday and a secluded park 200 meters away. Passy is a safe neighborhood popular with upper class families.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.
