Both bathrooms are equipped with beautiful, modern full-glass showers. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are individually packed. A hairdryer, abundant towels, and paper products are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless appliances: a double-door fridge, washer/dryer, inductive cooktop/oven, microwave, stainless cookware, dining ware, a Keurig coffee machine, and all the coffee supplies. Wine, bottled water, and snacks will be ready upon your arrival!

The covered back patio invites you to enjoy the beautiful Florida outdoors year-round.

If you cancel outside the limits of our policy, you may not receive a full refund. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Note 2: Refund Policy:
When a booking is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, we’re happy to issue a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as the payment processor charges this fee and cannot be reversed.

Note 3:Pet Policy:
Dogs only, 25lbs or less. Well-trained, non-aggressive breeds only. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and the owner must pick up after pets when they do their business in the yard. We accept larger dogs on a case-by-case basis, please get in touch with us and we can discuss. There will be an additional $125 (+ FL Tax) added to all reservations including pets, for the additional cleaning required.
