The top floor boasts an airy, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and breathtaking views of the shimmering Gulf through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It opens onto a large deck with elevated ocean views. ** You can enjoy watching dolphins frolicking while sipping your morning coffee as you take in the majestic sunrise or unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset. Relax in the comfortable living room with a full couch that opens into a queen sleeper and other comfortable seating options around an electric fireplace with a 75 inch Smart TV and cable. ** The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space to prepare delicious feasts and create unforgettable memories. The top floor houses a king bedroom, a full private bathroom, Smart TV, and direct access to a furnished covered deck with expansive ocean views. ** Unwind to the calming sound of waves at the Beach Walk after a fun-filled day.

On the first floor we have two king bedrooms with ocean view and doors opening on the deck. Each with 75" TV's and its own bathroom. One bunk bed room (twin over full bunk), also opening on deck and with its own bathroom.

The large enclosed pool deck area and a doggie area on ocean side gives the doggies plenty of room.

We offer a range of pet-friendly supplies, including two large and two small stainless steel dog bowls. We also have a gate on the deck staircase, so the doggies can roam the decks on both levels. Our doggie likes to observe everything on the beach from the deck. ** We limit to 2 dogs.

** Restaurants: St George Island does not have commercial chains. It has fun, local restaurants where you can have a cold beer, oysters, and seafood. Across the bridge is Appalachicola, with great shopping, restaurants, and a brewery. Great vibe. ** Boat launch at the bridge at SGI or a multi-lane launch at Appalachicola.

We rent the house per week, with a Saturday turn. In the winter time, we can provide discounts if you want to rent for additional weeks.

Please note: We do accommodate a 4-night minimum in fall and winter.
