Perfect spot for Estes and RMNP

My son and I really enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to downtown and close to RMNP. Sitting on the back patio to the babbling sound of the river was sublime. The soap and lotions in the bathrooms are the small but wonderful touches that made our visit relaxing and fun!

Great Place on the River

This condo was perfect for a long weekend in the mountains. The location was great as we could just walk to town for dinner. The drive to RMNP was easy too. We went to sleep at night with the sounds of the river as background noise. The finishes in the condo were fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

I was in awe of how well this met our needs. The condo is well done and provided all that we needed. It was clean and well prepared for us. Even had a first aid kit we ended up using. Easy in and out! There is not a washer and dryer, which was fine for our length of stay with no kids. Right in the river which is beautiful. Also, very easy access to down town! Will be staying here again.

This condo was fantastic for my family. It was the same as the listing pics and had all the amenities listed and was super clean. We kept the windows open and you can hear the stream and see elk in the mornings right out back. We will be back for sure! Thanks

Great stay in Estes Park

Very clean and excellent location. Was content with a river view from the parking lot but was pleasantly surprised with a river view that curved around the whole unit and was right next to our back patio. Would have loved a washer and dryer but we did fine without it.

Tranquil river

Perfect and cozy location by the river. The sound of the river was soothing and helped drown out neighboring construction as well as the early bird rock climbers shouting on the other side of river. Slept with windows open to cool off condo during summer heat. Great walking location to downtown stores and restaurants although would recommend venturing to other restaurant locations outside of the main downtown area for better food quality. Condo ammenities are updated. Kitchen is well equiped. Beds were firm and comfortable. Needed maintenance one day and they were prompt and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Top Notch Property

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this immaculately clean, comfortable and conveniently located property. The queen size bed in the second bedroom was perfect for our two kids (ages 6 and 8) to comfortably share. The river located just a few steps away provided peaceful white noise each night and an delightful area for our kids to explore. The bedding, towels and amenities (i.e. hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion) were great quality. The building is a bit tucked away and clearer instructions to find it for the first time would be helpful as GPS turned us around a few times.

Awesome Condo in a perfect location in Estes Park

This was our first time in Colorado and Estes Park, and we were staying for our wedding anniversary and to hike the Rocky Mountain National Park. This condo was in an excellent location in Estes Park where we could walk downtown to explore the shops and restaurants, and it was also very close to the RMNP by car. The condo was immaculate and everything is brand new. It was nice having the extra half bath downstairs, and even though there were only 2 of us, the condo would also be great for another couple to share as well. Having the river run all around the condo was so nice, as we would sit on the back patio each afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and relax. The bed was comfortable, and each room has its own TV. We would definitely recommend this and will stay here again when we come back for another vacation!

Location was amazing with the river directly outside, being able to walk downtown in just a couple of minutes, and RMNP so close. Very nicely updated condo. Comfortable beds. The living area is spacious, the kitchen is compact with just a small counter and 2 stools to eat at but we didn't mind. Would love to see the upstairs carpet updated. Hard floors on main level were great. Would definitely come back.
